Our Wedding Co-Ordinator knows the importance of getting it just right on the day and have a

wealth of knowledge and experience to call on. We will help you organise your day every step of the way, by working together with you, making the Day `Special’ for you and your Guests.

Since its inception in 1988 Ruddington Grange has deservedly become a very popular venue, Catering for full Ceremony and Reception Parties to informal family gatherings.

Ruddington Grange has 2 rooms licensed for Civil Ceremonies

Room Hire for the Day is :- £250.00 Wentworth Suite

£100.00 Birkin Suite (downstairs) We Do Not off Room Hire Only

£250.00 Ceremony Set Up Fee ( separate to Registrar Fees)

Once you have viewed our Venue, we are happy to offer you a provisional booking, whereby we will

hold your date for 2 weeks, following this time we will require a non-refundable deposit of £500.00 to confirm the booking.

Saturday Weddings booked between 1st May and 30th September are subject to a minimum

Ruddington Grange has 2 rooms licensed for Civil ceremonies, enabling the complete wedding day to be enjoyed at one location.

The Birkin Suite

Is a bright and airy room situated on the ground floor overlooking the Gardens, and The Golf Course

This room is ideal for small intimate weddings and informal receptions

where numbers of guests do not exceed 40 guests.

No Disabled Toilets available downstairs.

The Wentworth Suite Is a fully equipped, self-contained first floor unit

which is operated separately from the Golf Club thereby ensuring exclusive use. Disabled access is via a Stannah stair lift only.

This room will accommodate up to 120 guests seated for full banquet or formal buffet,

plus the ability to cater for additional guests during the informal evening gathering.

It has a stylish staircase entrance; a furnished part covered patio with glorious views over the golf course;

a fully stocked bar; an entertainment area,

larger than average dance floor, And Disabled Toilets and Baby Changing Facilities

Booking the Registrar must be made through the Superintendent Registrar at West Bridgford

0115 9815307, who can only permit a civil, non religious ceremony.

Registrar's fees are separate and in addition to the venue’s setup charge of £250.
