Learn about a selection of classic drinks, their fascinating history and the techniques needed to master the perfect cocktail.

Become a mixologist in your own right when you jump behind the bar to make a cocktail for yourself!

Bellini’s Cocktail Classes are available for groups from 4-15 guests, and start at $59 per person ($49 per person for mocktails), including a Bellini on arrival, three cocktail demonstrations and the chance to jump behind the bar and make a cocktail each. You’ll also snack on two tasting platters with breads, dips and a chef selection of antipasto items.

For a more laid back option, Bellini’s indulgent Twisted High Teas are a great group option. Enjoy a range of sweets and savouries, and select an option to upgrade to accompanying cocktail teasers or bubbles.
