Our full weekend wedding packages are designed to provide you with the time to experience a magical, fun-filled, stress free weekend of relaxing, decorating, and cozying up with your close friends & family in an amazingly beautiful and relaxed environment. Choose from a variety of ceremony locations including woodsy, stage w/mountain backdrop, barn patio, field, pond, or gardens.

Rent by the weekend or weekly - no curfews, no noise restrictions!.

Full -Weekend Outdoor Tent Wedding Package - $11,500

A beautiful natural outdoor setting in our event field nestled in the rolling foothills of the Catskill Mountains, surrounded by trees & wild flowers. Stage with electric can be used

For our premium weekend wedding package, we’ve teamed up with one of our favorite wedding planners! Our expert staff will assist you in planning, organizing, coordinating, setting up, breaking down, and making sure your day flows smoothly, effortlessly, and stress free. You won’t have to worry about anything except enjoying your special day.

Wedding Planner Services - Did the DJ show up on time, do we have enough power cords, does everyone know where and when to meet for the ceremony, are the cocktails ready, what time is dinner again? No need to worry about the details - let our expert wedding planner assist so your family, friends and most importantly YOU can be stress free to enjoy and focus your very special day! Includes: • One full month package of event managing • Immediate contact with our wedding planner • Unlimited vendor referrals (including catering) with full liasoning leading up to day of • Schedule creation & prop planning assistance based on your design vision • Contract scanning • Ceremony rehearsal assistance the night before your event • Basic set up of props and decor for ceremony & reception including but not limited to seating chart / escort cards,

gift tables, non-floral ceremony details, centerpieces assistance, etc. • Full management day of including cueing ceremony, cocktail & reception • On-site assistance for up to 12 hours (based on event size) • Arrangements for guest shuttle service along with scheduling for the big day • Assistance with hotel blocking for your guests • Assistance with floor plan creation with access to comprehensive guest seating assignment & layout tool • Set-up/Breakdown of Tables & Chairs for reception & Ceremony • Restroom checks and general maintenance

Full Weekend - Field Rental Only - $5000

We are currently offering a DIY field only rental for our couples. Ideal for anyone who is creating a low key simple, smaller wedding.

Includes: Your Choice of Location for Ceremony (pond, field, stage, barn, garden Lights on patio, and walkways Event field and stage (with electric) for reception, ceremony, live music, dancing, yard games ,yoga. No Curfew Designated Parking Flexible Set up & Breakdown Times

This option is for the rental of the property only. If you are not familiar with the area + vendors, or if you have a busy + hectic lifestyle, we encourage you to consider our tent package. A DIY wedding entails a

substantial amount of time, energy, and resources to create and run smoothly.

Catering

A perfect compliment to our packages; we work with a number of talented chefs who specialize in amazing dishes to suit every style and palate. From a Backyard BBQ, Specialty Food Truck service, Country Farm-to-Table feast, Tapas Style setting, or formal sit down full course meal and everything in between ~ we've got you covered. Choose from a variety of menu options including traditional, vegetarian, vegan, organic, and gluten-free. Packages Starting at $45/pp vary depending on number of guests and menu choices

Alcohol - Bartenders Our vendors list also provides some of our favorite bartenders - from vintage campers, beer trucks, and old school disco lights, to traditional black tie formal full bar service. Ask us about our handcrafted bar made from repurposed wood available to rent. Photo coming soon!

Couples are also welcome to purchase their own alcohol with the proper permits. We do however, recommend having a bartender to ensure your event stays stress free and flowing smoothly.

Although we recommend and love our chefs & bartenders, you are also welcome to bring a licensed chef or bartender of your choice. Rates vary.

On-site AccommodationsOur 1864 Carriage House is available to rent for up to 16 guests. And for your nature loving friends & family, on-site camping is also available. Rate: $2575 for 3 days - 2 nights up to 16 guests. Contact us for more detailed information.

In addition to our on-site accommodations, there are numerous area B&B’s, house rentals, Air BnB’s, motels, and traditional chain hotels within a 30 mile radius. Contact information for area accommodations is provided in our extensive vendors which is included in all of our packages.
