Amaroo On Mandalay is nestled at the foot of Mount Cook, and set amongst 10 acres of stunning tropical landscaped gardens, where it is home to an abundance of unique wildlife.

Amaroo On Mandalay’s facilities compliment the scenery with a range of guest accommodation, indoor and outdoor function and reception areas, and a wide range of event services and culinary delights.

Our team understands the concerns a bridal party may have as they make their wedding day plans. We work closely with you to ensure that your day is as stress free as possible. To achieve this we help you with every step of the way to deliver on the vision you have for your special day, all while working within your budget.

From laying out the red carpet, to the choice of chefs cuisine, menus, wine selections, theme, seating and table plans, we aim to provide you with as much assistance as you require to ensure your day is perfect for yourself and your guests. All of your guests can be accommodated in the resort, we offer affordable units for families, couples and individuals. From local businesses that specialise in wedding services to transportation, hair and makeup, photography, floral arrangements and a celebrant or entertainer, our experienced and enthusiastic staff ensure no detail is too large to manage or so small it may be overlooked, as we assist you with your day. Upon booking your wedding reception function for over 50 guests at Amaroo On Mandalay, you

will receive one night complimentary accommodation, plus a tropical continental

breakfast for two.

Amaroo On Mandalay offers your wedding guests a discount on accommodation. We

encourage your guests to book early and direct with reservation staff, they can then be assisted with their personal requirements and discount.

Terms & Conditions

Confirmation of booking• A tentative booking will be held for thirty (30) days only. Confirmation of your function date will

be given after a deposit of $1000 is received along with a signed copy of our terms and conditions. The final balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your wedding date

Guaranteed final numbers• A guaranteed final number of guests attending the function are required thirty (30) days prior to

the commencement of your function. This is the minimum number of guests for which you will be charged, whether or not they attend the function.

Cancellations and Alterations• $250 of your initial deposit to confirm your function date is non-refundable. The balance of the

deposit will be refunded in full after a written cancellation is received no less than ninety (90) days prior to function date. Should a written cancellation be received between ninety (90) days and sixty (60) days of the function date 50% of the deposit will be refunded. Cancellation of the function within sixty (60) days of the date will forfeit the total deposit.
