WorkPlace Leeds, Leeds Mind, working in partnership with Touchstone and Community Links is a highly successful and innovative specialist mental health employment and job retention service, based in Leeds. The role involves assisting the Service Manager and working alongside 2 other Team Leaders to manage and further develop the Workplace Leeds service. It involves directly managing a team of mental health employment or job retention specialists and leading in managing many operational aspects of the service in ensuring a high quality and performing service is delivered. If you answer ‘yes’ to the following this may be the role for you: Do you have experience in managing & developing projects? Do you have experience in working in an employment/mental health or social/community setting? Do you have experience in managing staff/volunteers?
