The main character is warned not to do something or go somewhere ignores the warning and gets into trouble.

-Main character is warned not to act in a certain way.-He acts like it and then goes to a forbidden place.-He gets into trouble because they don’t want him to leave.-He leaves and goes home.

Suddenly, he came to the place where the wild things are. They roared their terrible roars, gnashed their terrible teeth, rolled their terrible eyes and showed their terrible claws. Max said ‘Be still.’ He tamed them with the magic trick of staring into their yellow eyes. They were so frightened that they called him the wildest thing of all and Max became the king of all wild things.

Project: This week we will be working on food technology. You can choose to make a cake, bread or something else entirely (you can make more than one thing if you like or even what you are having for dinner one of the evenings). You can use a recipe you are familiar with or make something different. Your job is to create your very own recipe booklet, which will include a list of the ingredients you used and instructions on how you made it. Don’t forget to include pictures. Make sure you have an adult to help you do this. If you don’t, don’t worry, you can

create a set of instructions and draw some pictures on how to make your favourite cake OR invent your own imaginative recipe. I’m looking forward to seeing what you come up with. 😊 You can also use either one of the templates I have attached if you want.

Remember you can space this project out over the week by writing up the recipe and instructions one day or baking it another. Remember you can be as creative as you like.
