Sessions: A: 9.15am B: 12.45pm C: 3.45pm There will be two timed ends of sighters.

Entry: By entering this competition the following information may be collected and shared with tournament organisers, scoring systems and other competitors, for example, target lists and results may be published which include: First Name, Surname, Gender, Bowstyle, Date of Birth/ Age category, Email, Address, Phone Number, Club (and ID), County (and ID), Region (and ID), Round (unless defined by age), Disabled (Y/N), Disability info.

The shoot will be conducted under Archery GB rules and dress rule 307 will apply.

Senior Compound archers will shoot on vertical 3 spot faces, Under 14 Junior Compound. Longbow. Barebow & Recurve archers will shoot on single spot faces. Please indicate junior compound archers single spot requirement at drug testing waiver

AGB numbers must be included in the entry, and AGB cards must be produced at the time of booking in

Results: Target list & results will be posted on www.archerybeds.com.

Drug Testing: Record status tournaments are liable for drug testing and any competitor approached to give samples must comply; if they refuse that refusal will be treated as a positive result.

Where an entry form contains one or more junior entries the parent or legal guardian must countersign the form to signify they consent to their child(ren) being tested.

Bedfordshire County Archery Association, Ampthill Council and their agents and servants cannot accept any responsibility for any loss, damage or injury howsoever caused. Entry to the tournament will be taken as acceptance of these conditions by all competitors.

Seating in the hall is limited so please bring a chair suitable for use in a sports hall.
