SCHOOL NEWS FROM ST. JAMES ELEMENTARY Sr. Regina Marie, 3rd GradeThe third graders are studying how to pray the rosary and working on memorizing the Luminous Mysteries. We are also preparing for the Living Rosary which we will lead in October. We are learning how sound is produced and doing various experiments to learn about pitch and volume. We are also diving into cursive writing and beginning to form whole words in cursive!

LDCCW OCTOBER Pro-Life Diaper DriveThe LDCCW is sponsoring the 5th Annual October Pro-Life Diaper Drive, collecting diapers throughout the month of October in each of the Lincoln Diocese parishes. The assistance of everyone in the Lincoln Diocese is

requested. Donations will be shared with the Crisis Pregnancy Centers approved by the Bishop’s Pastoral Plan for Pro-Life Activities and Catholic Social Services across the Diocese and St. Gianna’s Home. Listen to Spirit Catholic Radio for Diaper Drive announcements.
