Math Circle: Loop the Cat

Join us for Math Circle, Thursday, March 28, 2019 from 5:15 – 6:15 pm where we will play with and discover cool concepts that you’d never realize as math.

We’ll be using ropes and colored pens to investigate the how-to-loop-the-cat puzzle. Through this hands-on fun you’ll actually be doing some knot theory and group theory and making generalizations. Math Circle is accessible and open to all. We hope to see you there.
