I have read the College’s Yoga Teacher Training Prospectus and I would like to enrol. I enclose my deposit of £200 made payable to The Shiatsu College Hastings. I understand that the deposit is non-refundable (unless under exceptional circumstances) unless the course is cancelled. I understand that acceptance onto the course depends on the submission of this application, a phone interview and the successful completion of references.
