What Is Our Co-Op Association of YTB Independent Business Owners?

The Global Expansion Team (Team G.E.T.) has formed a co-op association of YTB Independent Business Owners (hereafter called IBOs), who have come together to provide a mutually supportive environment for each other.

The Global Expansion Team’s co-op association helps new YTB IBOs achieve control over their new business, but with the support of a team of people who are facing the same challenges and want to pool their enthusiasm and expertise. Together…we help to overcome one of the most discouraging features of a new business owner – isolation.

Team G.E.T. lowers the bar for becoming a successful YTB Business Owner, and opens up new horizons for people who have ambition but who lack the skills or confidence needed to set off entirely on their own – or who simply want to carry on an independent economic activity but within a supportive group context. We provide new YTB business owners with an easy transition from inactivity to self-employment and financial freedom.

Our co-op association is united based on the values of "self-help, self-responsibility, solidarity, democracy and equality" and the co-operative principles of “voluntary and open membership; democratic member control; member economic participation; autonomy and independence; education and training; co-operation among co-operatives; and social concern for community”.

We believe in the ethical values of honesty, openness, social responsibility and caring for others.

Membership: Our team is an informal Co-Op association of YTB IBOs. Membership is open to any active YTB IBO.

Events Position Overview:

Charged with the duty of planning, organizing and coordinating events (local, regional, and national meetings). Plans team recognition ceremonies, competitions and parties. Assembles the team to get the job done.

directly either by face to face, electronically, or telephone and responds to the inquiries promptly.
