Best Young Martial Artist of the Year Award Nomination Form

Nominations for the second Warrior Collective Best Young Martial Artist of the Year Award (sponsored by Made 4 Fighters) are now open!

This award is a celebration of outstanding young people from within the Martial Arts Community between the ages of 8 and 18 who exemplify the best attributes of young athletes. These young people can only be nominated by you! This is your chance to make sure the UK and Ireland's best young talent get the recognition it deserves.

Here, you can nominate yourself, your child, family member, friend, student or athlete – anyone who you feel really represents outstanding achievements in their chosen Martial Art. Open to applications from all Martial Arts and Combat Sports.

Simply fill in the form below and send to stuart@warriorcollective.co.uk with at least one good quality jpg image of the nominee.

Closing date for entries is midnight, Sunday 12th May 2019. Following this date, all confirmed registration forms will be collated and then sent out to our panel of judges to go through and select the 10 shortlisted young athletes.

Each of these nominees will then receive a £250 equipment voucher (which can be spent on the Made4Fighters website) and exclusive Nominee banner/t-shirt courtesy of Made4Fighters.

All shortlisted Nominees must visit the Warrior Collective gym in East Manchester at some point between 17 th May and 8 th September in order to both pick up their voucher/pack and film a mini video documentary about themselves.

Once all of these videos are made, a second panel will then watch each in turn and read through the nomination form information before deciding on an overall winner.  The winner will go on to receive a £500 voucher from Made4fighters, a £500 bursary from Warrior Collective (to spend on training, comp fees or travel expenses) and an exclusive winners pack (award and banner), alongside the prestigious accolade of the award itself.
