ABSTRACTThis article describes the preparation procedure of the final camera-ready manuscript of the paper that was invited

and/or accepted for IWEC2019. When authors submit their work to IWEC2019 for publishing, they should strictly follow these instructions in order to maintain high standards of the extended abstracts. The aim of the style file “template (iwec2019).doc” is to allow authors of papers to prepare the final camera-ready manuscript with MS-WORD easily. This document is a MS-Word template which defines the required format. MS-Word file of this document is available on the conference website: https://iwec2019.doshisha.ac.jp/index.html

First part (title and authors’ information): The first part includes the paper title, authors’ name and affiliation. The font of the title must be Helvetica and the font size is bold 12pt. The font of the Authors’ name and affiliation must be Times New Roman and the font size are bold 10.5pt and 10pt, respectively.Second part (abstract): The second part consisting of the abstract and paper body must be edited in the double column format. Figures and tables: All figures and tables should be placed after their first mention in the text. Large figures and tables may span across both columns. Scanned images (e.g., line art, photos) can be used if the output resolution is at least 600 dpi. Figures should be top of the pages and figure captions should be below the figures. Tables should be bottom of the pages and table captions should be above the tables. They should be referred to in the text as, for example, Fig. 1, or Figs. 1~3. In the paper, all authors are required to use the SI unit.

Equations: Equation numbers should be Arabic numerals enclosed in parentheses on the right-hand margin. They should be cited in the text as, for example, Eq. (1), or Eqs. (1) ~ (3). Equations start from the left on the column. Punctuate equations with commas or periods when they are part of a sentence. For example,
