MathsLog onto the White Rose Maths link for this week’s activities [April 20th] https://whiterosemaths.com/homelearning/year-2/This gives you a daily lesson including a teaching video and worksheets. When it says “pause here” on the daily video, you will be ready to do the questions on the downloadable sheets. If you do not have access to a printer, you could use real objects such as coins, toys, pasta shapes, pebbles to practise the questions. You could also draw them onto paper.

In addition to the White Rose here are a couple of other fun ideas to try this week:Using the hundred square, which came home in the packs, play Guess my number.

One player chooses a number [do not tell the other player!] The other player has to ask questions to find out what their number is. For example; Is it

more than 10? Does it have 3 ones in it? Is it between 25 and 50?On April 21st it is the Queen’s 94th birthday. How many different ways can you make 94? You can add, subtract, multiply or divide.
