We are continuing with Macbeth but moving on to area in Maths. In our school bubbles we are starting a History project! The children in school will be learning about World War 1 and World War 2 and we want to share this learning with you at home! These tasks are for you to do whenever you can and everything will be on our wordpress blog for you to dip in to! We are reading War Horse by Michael Murpurgo, watching Goodnight Mister Tom (ask your parents if you can watch this at home) and learning about the changes and the impact 2 world wars had on Great Britain. For this task you will need paper, a pencil and a ruler.

There are many different answers to this investigation. Please check with an adult or us if you want it marked!

Remember these rules:To find the perimeter of a shape, you add up the lengths around the outside.To find the area: to multiply the length by the width or the number of squares inside a shape.
