Dear Public Official,
Did you know that your city is losing a significant portion of its Transient Occupancy Tax or “Bed Tax”? Cities across the country have unsuccessfully filled suit against companies such as Expedia to recover these Bed Tax losses.
Rezzline was founded by hotel owners to protect the interests of guests, communities and hoteliers. Rezzline is proposing a new and innovative approach to solving this decade old problem which diverts bed tax dollars back into the pockets of the local government.

Dear Civic Official,
We know that cities across the United States are facing unprecedented fiscal challenges in today’s economic climate. However, most civic leaders are unaware that their own cities are “bleeding” valuable transient occupancy tax dollars.
In an effort to “band aid” this tax bleed, few political gun slingers have attempted to address the issue by using legal means. However, without addressing the root problem this effort has largely proved to be an unfruitful adventure at the cost of taxpayer dollars.
We, the Rezzline team, believe the real solution lies within the online reservations business model itself. We believe we have designed a better model that is fair to the city, the traveler, as well as the hotel property owner. We are seeking cooperation from the hospitality community and civic government to make better decisions and circumvent this problem.
When?
The Rezzline team is working to inform public officials and hoteliers to transform online reservations channels so that valuable tax and commission dollars are protected. Rezzline executives will host conferences and events to educate city officials as well as hotel owners to make sound decisions.
