Why “We run Kuwait!”?

• Sponsoring runners is a great way to emphasize our interest and involvement in health and well being.

• Participating in a charity event is a way of giving back to society and supporting those in need when they are in need.

• Building brand awareness and reaching a new audience

• Positioning the company as a community partners/supporter

How?

• Sponsor 10 athletes to participate in the run. • This will encourage the fans to share and will help

us gain more fans who are sincere towards 6alabat

• Sponsored runners will wear branded shirts during the event & will be featured on the page with their profiles for voting.

• Coverage of the event will highlight both 6alabat and Kuwait Charity Run gain.

• Bloggers are encouraged to write about this which will also give us more mentions & traffic.

Voting process

• Users should encourage their friends to vote for image.

• Campaign & Voting starts on 7th of October and ends on midnight of 17th of November.

• Votes are calculated according to number of likes on FB & Instagram combined.

• Top 3 will be announced on 22nd with the number of likes received on each channel.

“We run Kuwait!” Athlete

• Athlete’s image, brief introduction & text encouraging people to vote.

• Image will also be added on Instagram with a link to Facebook to encourage cross linking

How to join

• Participants should submit the following:

– High res image to be added to our social media channels.

– Some information about them in addition to a paragraph stating why fans should vote for them.

• Submission of photo is considered an agreement to the terms and conditions.

Rules of 6alabat’s 2012 “We run Kuwait” contest:

• Applicants must be at least 18 to be able to join.

• Applicants are required to submit their pictures and personal details in addition to a brief description about them and why fans should vote for them.

• Applicant should provide us will full consent over using such material in any future material, media channels and publications.

• You must be a registered 6alabat user and following 6alabat.com on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

• Images must be sent by email only. By submitting the photo you are agreeing with our official rules.

• Images will be uploaded to 6alabat.com’s Instagram & Facebook pages to allow votes on both channels.

• Our staff reserves the right to delete submissions if they do not conform to 6alabat.com policy and Kuwaiti traditions

Rules of 6alabat’s 2012 “We run Kuwait” contest:

• Submitted photo must be taken within the past 6 months, in sports wear and according to Kuwaiti traditions

• Winners will be announced November 22nd according to the highest number of likes on the image on both Facebook and Instagram combined.

• If there is any dispute regarding the votes (votes from fake accounts), votes will be considered void and deducted from the number of votes received by applicant.

• You must agree to the terms and conditions of the contest listed below.

Prizes

• First place winner prize: KD 70 voucher

• Second place winner prize: KD 50 voucher

• Third place winner prize: KD 30 voucher

• Fourth to 10th place winners: Goodie bags

• Runners will be featured on our social media channels and PR in addition to a group picture with 6alabat team.

Terms and Conditions

• This contest is only valid to 6alabat users in Kuwait.

• By sending a photograph, you are allowing 6alabat.com to publish it on its official social media channels, once published, it will be available for viewing by any other person viewing such channels.

• Where photographs include images of people you agree that you will only upload them after obtaining the permission of those people appearing in the photographs. In addition, anyone under the age of 18 must seek the consent of their parent or guardian, to be included in any photograph which is uploaded.

• 6alabat.com reserve the right, for whatever reason, to decline publication of any photograph which is sent, or to edit any title or description where it is deemed inappropriate prior to sending it live. 6alabat.com will not necessarily enter into discussion with the owner of the photograph.

Terms and Conditions

• 6alabat.com shall credit all photographs with the caption "© Person's Name“.

• Please contact 6alabat.com immediately regarding any photograph submitted in error or one that you feel is infringing the Terms and Conditions above.

• Applicants should not speak on behalf of 6alabat.com in an official capacity. They may share their opinions or thoughts about our company and company -related topics via social media channels as long as they include a disclaimer clearly acknowledging that their personal opinions do not reflect the opinions of 6alabat.com.
