ODEM has worked closely as an early adopter to fully implement the EU Labour Department’s ESCO (European Skills Competencies and Occupations) data framework for all network participants and continues to move towards including ODEM as a solution for both Europass and Eures.

With over 25 years in web technology and entrepreneurship, Rich Maaghul has a proven record of growing technology

companies. In 1999, he founded Jadworks, an online web-and-intranet builder licensed by companies such as Chevron and Bright

Horizons Family Solutions.

He has also mentored and guided many other enterprises, from small seed-level

ideas to nationally successful eCommerce that have led to multimillion-dollar

acquisitions.

e-commerce and education. He has particular talents in managing

Southern Alberta institute of Technology (SAIT) placed its graduating classes onto ODEM for verified consideration by employers and continuing education opportunities.

Southern Alberta Institute of Technology has become the first

in Canada to offer its entire graduating class digital

blockchain-based diplomas in June 2019.

These digital credentials are immutably verified, and can be
