RATES: Subject to change without notice.

FREQUENCY DISCOUNTS:Advertising insertions must appear within a period of one calendar year to earn frequency discounts and are limited to individual to advertisers. Fractional units may not be combined to earn discounts on full-page units. Cancellation of any portion of a contract voids all rate protection.

AGENCY COMMISSION: 15% commission is given to recognized advertising agencies on General Rates. Agency commission will be revoked if invoice is not paid within 45 days from date of invoice.

TERMS: Net 30 days from date of invoice. Delinquent accounts over 30 days will incur finance charges of 1.5% on unpaid balance.

CREDIT: Pre-payment required on first two insertions unless credit approved. Credit applications available on request.

CANCELLATIONS: Total amount due if cancelled after closing date. Cancellation of a portion of a multiple insertion order will result in short rate for previous insertions.
