Salford Quays is conveniently located for one of Europe’s largest
employment and business hubs – Trafford Park – where over 40,000
people are employed.
Salford itself is set to grow significantly in the coming years, with
population growth expected to be higher than Greater Manchester,
the North West and national averages up to 2025. There are similar
strong forecasts for economic growth. According to Halifax, Salford
was the biggest property hotspot of 2015, with the number of property
sales jumping by 23% compared to the previous year.
