Salford Quays is conveniently located for one of Europe’s largest

employment and business hubs – Trafford Park – where over 40,000

people are employed.

Salford itself is set to grow significantly in the coming years, with

population growth expected to be higher than Greater Manchester,

the North West and national averages up to 2025. There are similar

strong forecasts for economic growth. According to Halifax, Salford

was the biggest property hotspot of 2015, with the number of property

sales jumping by 23% compared to the previous year.

Lettings Service as an integral part of the process.

Whether you decide to sell or rent your property, our expertise and contacts are second

to none in helping to secure a return on your investment. We can guarantee access to

a database of over 20,000 active renters and buyers who have registered an interest in

DeTrafford properties and, it goes without saying, unrivalled inside track knowledge of

the development. We also have a shared interest with all our purchasers in maintaining

the prestige of the development by avoiding the use of multiple agents, inconsistent

marketing and sales clutter such as inappropriate, disfiguring sales boards displayed with

a detrimental effect.

However, it is not our intention to make you feel locked in or constrained in any way - so this
