Sometimes Modem's are sent from the Manufacturer with a Baud Rate setting of 9600 but, othertimes, the Baud Rate is set to 115200.
If your Modem does not communicate, try changing the Baud Rate to 115200

The generation of an automatic SMS has a specific sequence. Each Alarm that is set for auto SMS isassigned an SMS category
a. When an Alarm/Event is received, the SMS category is checked to see if it enabled for auto SMS b. We then take the Alarm's SMS category and look at each Keyholder for the client in questionc. If the Keyholder's SMS category matches the Alarm's SMS category, we then generate an SMS forthat Clientd. The SMS is generated using the SMS Template assigned to this SMS category
4.2 SMS Templates
What are SMS Templates?
In english: SMS Templates are rules or instructions that control the layout of a SMS
You can have as many different "rules" or SMS Templates as you wish.
The actual content/wording of the SMS is controlled by the SMS Template allocated to the Event's SMS Category described below.
