In addition to this letter, Mr Wood also located a re ort fr t e original committee that handled the case involving BCH 's (received 7 A g st 989) as well as a report from the appeal committee concerning BCH uly 1989. These reports are also enclosed with this letter.

We understand that criminal charges h ve be n laid against IBCH I and we confirm our agreement that these docume e sent to Constable Natalie Bennett of the police department in Brisbane in co ectio with that matter. We would like to mention, however, that these documents de wi h correspondence that we would normally treat as strictly confidential as well as d" ss10n hat were held in circumstances of confidentiality.
