Strategies 360 conducted a telephone survey of 500 voters in the

state of Washington who indicated it was likely they would vote in

the November 2012 General Election. 400 of these interviews were

determined to be likely to vote in the November 2011 General Election.

Interviews were conducted September 11 – September 14, 2011 by

American Directions Group of Spokane, Washington, a market research

randomly selected from a list of Washington voters, purchased from

Voter Contact Services, who registered after the 2010 General Election

or voted in either the 2008 or 2010 General Elections.

The margin of error for a survey of 500 interviews is ±4.4% at the 95%

by the stated statistical margin of error include, but are not limited to,

question wording, question order, and refusal to be interviewed.

Please tell me how you would vote on this proposal. This measure concerns dedicating funds designated for educational

purposes. It would create an education trust fund for smaller classes, extended learning programs, certain salary

increases, preschool access, and expanded college enrollments and scholarships, funded by increasing retail sales tax

by 1%. If the election were held today, would you vote in favor or against this proposal?
