SAGAMORE CHILDREN'S PSYCHIATRIC CENTER; purporting he had news for Affiant

15. THAT IN DOING SO; ROY GRAYSON-WALLACE HAS VIOLATED AFFIANT'S PREVIOUSLY STIPULATED (IN

VARIOUS AFFIDAVITS, DECLARATIONS AND DEPOSITIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE 'LEGAL

NOTICE AND DEMAND, A STAPLE SECURITY INSTRUMENT AND CONTRACT IN ADMIRALTY JURISDICTION" )

ORDER ,THAT ANY THING TO BE SAID, MUST BE DONE LAWFULLY, IN WRITING AND VIA SWORN

STATEMENTS UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY



16. THAT AFFIANT WAS TOLD THAT BY RYAN JONES (VIA A PHONE CALL) THAT THERE EXISTED A COURT ORDER

FROM FAMILY COURT DAVID R FREUNDLICH AND DEPT OF SOCIAL SERVICES / CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES;

ORDERING AFFIANT AND (A-G :L©)'S GRANDMOTHER TO HAVE NO CONTACT WITH AMBER WHATSOEVER.

17. THAT AFFIANT AND GRANDMOTHER OF (A-G :L©) WERE DENIED THE ALLEGED "VERIFICATION AND

CERTIFICATION OF THE EXISTANCE OF SAID "ORDER" IN ORDER TO VALIDATE THE VERACITY AND LAWFUL

EXISTENCE OF ANY SUCH ORDER; BUT WERE AGAIN DENIED

18. THAT AFFIANT AND GRANDMOTHER HAVE NO SUCH EVIDENCE OF ANY PURPORTED EXISTENCE OF ANY

CLAIMED LAWFUL "ORDER" AND HEREIN CONDITIONALLY ACCEPTS FOR VALUE PERFORMANCE TO ANY

SUCH JUDGMENT OR "ORDER" [ HEREIN REQUESTING THEIR PROOF OF CLAIMS] UNTIL SUCH TIME AS SAID

knowingly, deliberately and maliciously instituted, initiated and maintained false claims (in violation of

minor daughter (who's done nothing to warrant this criminal, terroristic and warlike treatment), with

violations of the DSS's order of protection against her, almost died in Huntington Hospital from years of

chronic and suicidal drug (habitual) poisoning (Huntington, NY) August/ September 2009 - "mother
