R&M Wall Systems
Versatile:
R&M Wall SystemsWe differentiate between two different types of wall systems. In order to satisfy allthe possible demands in the field of internal furnishings, several categories of thesewall types are available, which can be configurated as single walls, double walls ormultilayer walls. Each wall category has its application purpose and aim in orderto precisely perform its task in the completion of the interior.

The SW25 sandwich wall is an alternative solution to the standard wall in situations where space and weight play importantroles. It also has the B-15 fire classification. The assembly is based on the tongue and groove principle. The wall is connectedto the floor using prefabricated U-shaped sections, available in a number of different lengths from the manufacturer. Thesections are laid out and fastened onto the floor.A large variety of surface finishes are available; all of them have a removable protective foil to prevent any damage from occurring during installation. The design of the SW25 wall panel system and all components used have been tested and approved according to international standards.

Besides the SW25 single walls, the R&M product range offers SW25 double walls as well. According to customer requirements, the double walls can be produced with steel or lightweight aluminum layers. Both variants are B-15 and B-30 fire rated, respectively. With a mass of only 20.6 kg/m², the aluminum version is especially used when the weight on boardplays an important role. If the 50 mm air gap between the walls is filled with low density insulation, the sound reduction can be increased up to 42 dB. Like for the SW25 single walls, the connection of the panels is based on the tongueand groove principle. The connection to the floor is achieved by assembling prefabricated U-profiles that are fastened to thebottom construction.A large variety of surface finishes are available; all of them have a removable protective foil to prevent any damage from occurring during installation. The design of the SW25 double wall panel system and all components used have been testedand approved according to international standards.

The SW25NF wall panel system is a sandwich construction that combines a B-15 fire classification with a low weight. Byusing the tongue and groove principle with an integrated tongue on one panel side, the SW25NF wall panel reaches a massof only 15.6 kg/m² without losing structural integrity. The connection to the floor is achieved by assembling prefabricated U-profiles that are fastened to the bottom construction.A large variety of surface finishes are available; all of them have a removable protective foil to prevent any damage from occurring during installation. The SW25NFP double sandwich wall has been developed to meet very stringent noise-insulation requirements when two adjacent compartments need to be separated. By perforating the backsides of each panel, the double wall reaches a soundreduction of 45 dB and a B-30 fire classification status. Like the SW25NF wall panel, the SW25NFP system is based on the tongue and groove connection principle. The connection to the floor is achieved by assembling prefabricated U-profiles thatare fastened to the bottom construction. A large variety of surface finishes are available; all of them have a removable protective foil to prevent any damage from occurring during installation. The 25 mm-thick corner panels can be fitted into the wall panels SW25 and SW25NF to form a flush connection. This ensures an excellent finish, especially in areas with high aesthetic requirements, as there is no joint where the two panels meet.In addition to the standard dimensions of 150 mm per side and an angle of 90°, other dimensions and angles can be produced on request. A large variety of surface finishes are available; all of them have a removable protective foil to prevent any damage from occurring during installation. The design of the standard corner panels for the SW25 and SW25NF sandwich and all compo-nents used have been tested and approved according to international standards.

Bulkhead A-60 – M1000W
all Systems
06_10 engl.
The M1000 bulkhead is a construction for high demands on the passive fire protection on board ships. It replaces heavy non-bearing steel bulkheads with conservative insulations. Moreover, it realizes a reduction in mass, because the weight per unitarea of this wall is much lower than the traditional steel work. An additional lining is not necessary, because both sides of thebulkhead can be covered with a decorative finish.A large variety of surface finishes are available; all of them have a removable protective foil to prevent any damage from occurring during installation. The design of the M1000 bulkhead and all components used have been tested and approvedaccording to international standards.

The assembly panel is used in areas where additional outfitting or technical components are placed behind the wall. With itsB-15 fire rating, the assembly panel can be installed wherever a continuous B-15 fire protection needs to be accomplished. By using different locking hooks, the panel can be easily incorporated into 25mm and 50mm wall constructions with a separated or integrated tongue. Just as for the wall panels, the connection to the floor is achieved by assembling prefabricated U-profiles that are fastened onto the bottom construction. A large variety of surface finishes are available; all of them have a removable protective foil to prevent any damage from occurring during installation.
