Alfen Wall Connection Systems are designed to tie all

masonary to load bearing concrete walls and

columns.Because of the sliding capability of the brick

ties within the channels the risk of the masonary

cracking is greatly reduced

!ine beton girmesin diye strapor ile doldurulmu" olan

kanallar , duvar gelecek olan yerlerde zerlerindekideliklerden kolayca kalba ivilenir.Kanallarn arkasnda

bulunan, nceden zmbalanm"olan ksm bklerek beton

iinde ek ankraj sa#lanr.

Duvar rlece#i zaman kanallar iindeki strapor

kartlarak , 40 ~ 50 cm ara ile ankraj plakas derzler

arasna yatrlr.

Fixing

The channels filled with polstyrene to prevent against the

ingress of concrete are simply nailed to the formwork

using nails.Lug-anchors , pre punched in the back of the

channel are easly bent out on the site to provide addtional

anchorage .

During masonry work , polystyrene filler is cleaned and

brick ties are simply embedded into the mortar of bed joint

during brick-up in every 40 ~50 cm along the channel.

Wall Ties required to provide structural stability and

transmit horizantal forces are used in walls between

or in front of columns .

Wall ties have enough holes for connection of mortar are fixed in every

40 ~50 cm along the channel ( 25 / 15 mm. ) which are welded to

structural steel columns

raylar( profilleri ) arkasnda mevcut olan deliklerden daha

nce betonu dklm" olan betonarme kolona veya

mevcut duvara dbellenir.

ACC System can be used for aplications where a new wall

is to be connected to existing wall or columns.The channel

can be supplied in lengths of up 2,50 mt. with each length

having a series of holes in the back which allow fixing to

the existing wall or columns.
