2) Tenderers having any case pending against Ajmer Milk Union or its officers/employees(pertaining to working of Dairy ) will not be accepted.

3) Tenderers having any case against them by Ajmer Milk Union shall be rejected. 4) Rates are to be quoted only in prescribed format and in (In .xis format ) separately for each type of tanker. 5) Tenderers who are presently or in past under contract with Ajmer Milk Union or any other milk union and have

been Caught/punished in any theft case shall not be able to participate in this tender. 6) Tenderers who have been blacklisted/ termination of agreement in past by Ajmer or any other RCDF milk union

shall not be considered for this tender. 7) Tenderers having any financial dealing with any of the employees of milk union as on date of submission of

tender shall not be considered. 8) Tenders of any of the officer/employee /board member or their blood relatives (as per Hindu family act) will not

be accepted. 9) Tenders of any insolvent /adolescent /mentally retarded firm/person shall will not be accepted .Tenders of any

44 Insurance Milk insurance charges (transit insurance) for milk transported by road milk tanker. From Ajmer Dairy to various destinations will be borne by Ajmer milk union.

45 The transporter will be responsible to lodge FIR in case of accident with nearest police station and immediately intimate to Ajmer Milk Union. The arangement of the survey of damaged goods/losses of milk due to accident on the spot of accident or at the depot, in case of transit loss, by authorized surveyor of insurance company will be carried out by the transporter .All the formalities regarding lodging of claim to insurance company shall be done by Transporter it self. All relevant papers required by insurance company to settle the claim shall be submitted by transporters to insurance company at their Ajmer office for processing the claim. The losses shall be withheld from transporter bill till the claim in received from .insurance company. If the insurance claim is not receive full or in part the liability to directly make goods the loss/ losses of milk to the Ajmer Dairy on transporter.

46 If for any reason whatsoever the claim received from the insurance company for the loss of milk etc. is less than value of milk being transported the differential amount shall be recoverable from the transporter.

47 Whatsever losses incurred by the union due to such mishapping will be immediataly deposited by the related transporter to the Ajmery Dairy and this amount will be remained deposited till the claims settled .No interest will be given on this amount.
