1.APP download and install

Note: download VR CAM mobile phone software, Apple mobile phone system requirements

Ios 8.0 above, Andrews mobile phone system requirements android 4.0 above；

1.1.Apple / Andrews mobile phone installation

You can use the phone to scan the following two-dimensional code to find a free

APP, or in the APP Store, application treasure store search VR CAM after the

installation download；

2.1.Log in and experience

Note software is divided into "experience" and "user mode", unregistered

account users can click "experience" into the experience mode. (Figure 2.1)

note：

experience: the resulting data will be stored in the local, once

the data will not be lost.

Login mode: Data added by the user, such as device or group,

is managed by the server, even if all the data in the phone is

deleted. As long as the re-install the application and log on

the original account, you can restore all the data for the

device status reminder, alarm message push and other

auxiliary functions.

3. Add the device

3.1、Quickly add

When the device is first configured or restored to factory settings, VRCAM will automatically search the device,

according to the following steps to add

（Note: The first time you open the APP, will prompt "whether to allow the search of nearby

equipment", click Yes）

Step 1: When prompted to click (Figure 3.1) to click Yes, APP will automatically

search for nearby devices and a pop-up box (Figure 3.11). Click one of the IDs.

Step 2: Select WIFI in the page and enter the correct password, then click Next

(Figure 3.12)

Step 3: In this state, the device will automatically scan WIFI and connect, please be

patient (Figure 3.13)

Step 4: Set the camera password, if not set (recommended password) directly click

to skip (Figure 3.14)

Step 5: Click OK (Figure 3.15)

3.2、shake

When the 3.1 method is not applicable, you can use this method to add

equipment, the steps are as follows

Step 1: Shake the phone at my device page (Figure 3.21)

Step 2: In the pop-up dialog box, click Select Add Device (Figure 3.22)

Step 3: Device preview image, click the upper left corner of the return button to exit

Step 4: Click OK to add the device (Figure 3.24)

Step 5: Click OK to configure the network (Figure 3.25)

Step 6: Select and enter the wireless network and enter the correct password (Figure

3.3、Add a networked device

This mode is to have been configured, the network has been added to the device

into the APP to watch

Cloud ID add: the device at the factory, will be posted on the fuselage ID label, ID

label on the device that is the cloud ID, you can manually enter the ID number or use

LAN scan: mobile phone connection WIFI, and then scan the software to add

4.View the video

After the addition of the device, the thumbnail of the video will appear in the

"My device" software interface

Click on the thumbnail to enter real-time video browsing, the phone can not

connect to the device, the device will prompt offline.

This exclamation mark To set a password for the device, click the

exclamation point to set it.

4.2、Gesture operation instructions：

5.Playback instructions

In the browser video interface, click the remote playback button to play back：

Fisheye device remote playback prerequisites：

To ensure that the device has time synchronization (mobile phone current

time)；

The device is properly inserted into the appropriate TF card ；

The recording schedule has been set for the day or a motion detection event

has been triggered；

remote playback.

Playback video mode selection:

common problem

Q：Why is there an echo when speaking?
