• As a Girl Scout volunteer, you bring the New Girl Scout Leadership Experience to life for girls and are critical to the program’s success. Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania is dedicated to helping volunteers learn about purposeful leadership and reach their highest potential as they facilitate the New Leadership Experience. You will take advantage of professional development by attending workshops facilitated by volunteers and be given all the support you need to make a difference in a girl’s life.

• Help us transform Girl Scouting and guide girls through their new leadership journeys as they become courageous, confident leaders of the future.

What is a journey?A journey has a beginning and an ending. As we travel the distance between the two, we learn and grow!

A national Girl Scout journey offers girls:

• A chance to reflect on what they learn
