Minutes of Meeting
May 11, 2017
Carol Freeman shared an inspirational Mo-
ment about spending time with with some
good friends, having a wonderful time and
laughing a lot. Her message was the im-
portance of laughter. Laughter is some-
thing we do a lot of in this club, and it is
something that is so important in our lives.
Although we do a lot of serious things,
laughter is great medicine, and truly inspi-
rational. After the Pledge to the Flag, Nel-
son Buss led us in My Country Tis of Thee
President Robert Bianchi introduced Tan-
ya Caligiuri, who introduced Matt Lallo’s
guest, his wife Teresa.

Tijuana presented President Bianchi with a Paul Harris recog-

and the friendships fostered in Tijuana. He was presented
with a Paul Harris pin with a ruby.
David Masci then explained to our guests what a Paul Harris Fellow is, where a person has either donated
$1000 to Rotary Foundation, or someone has donated $1000 is someone’s honor.
He then announced Karen Furnari and Patricia Jones 4th Paul
Harris Fellow achievements. Special recognition was given to
Steven Stanley, as he received acknowledgement as a Paul
