In the case of a 24-month contract, the offer is available no earlier than six months before the expiry of the two-year minimum period. In the case of a 36-month contract, it is available no earlier than twelve months before the expiry of the three-year minimum period.
A submitted request does not constitute a device reservation. Delivery is always based on signed order forms. If a larger quantity is ordered at a time, delivery may take up to several weeks.
Vodafone exercises due care when updating the price list, but assumes no liability for any typographical errors or inaccurate data.

Device purchase during the term of the contractVodafone offers the device purchase option subject to the following conditions:• If new postpaid contracts are concluded or old devices are replaced with
new ones in the case of existing service access points, the price is subject to the discount currently proposed to the given organisation.
• The detailed device offer and the discount applicable to list prices are included in Vodafone’s current price list for VIP customers.
Warranty, serviceThe devices distributed by Vodafone are covered by one- or two-year manufacturer’s warranties. If any issue is reported to Vodafone in connection with a device, Vodafone will take the necessary measures within 24 hours and ensure a replacement device for the repair period, if necessary. Vodafone uses its own courier service to collect the defective device anywhere within Hungary and return it repaired to ensure that VIP customers experience the least possible inconvenience. Upon request, Vodafone will provide a replacement device of the same type for the repair period if possible.

Customers using 4G/LTE ready devices can use the services where the service provider offers 4G/LTE network coverage according to the quality indicators and conditions specified in the General Terms and Conditions. Devices at preferential prices with internet option
SmartphoneCustomers who order an Internet Plus, Internet Pro or Internet Premium data option for their smart phone to be purchased (Android, iPhone) become eligible for additional benefits. The monthly fees for the options are indicated in the below table and are subject to a two-year loyalty period.
Preferential device prices are shown in the “Device Price with Internet Plus / Internet Pro / Internet Premium (two years)”* row of the price list.
*The discounted Internet Plus device price is also available for old Internet Easy options (two years), the discounted Internet Pro device price for old Internet Comfort options (two years), and the discounted Internet Premium device price for old Internet Nonstop options (two years).
