We’ve partnered with a professional counselling network, AccessEAP, to make it easy and free to speak to someone when you’re going through tough times.

WELLBEING SUPPORT. (EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM)

The AccessEAP service is completely confidential from the company and gives you access to a range of professionals — psychologists, counsellors, and even other advisors that can help with things such as budget or financial advice. Rest assured, your sessions are completely confidential.

12 WEEKSPARENTALLEAVE. Our Parental Leave Benefit is 12 weeks (60 working days) paid leave for the primary carer, at the time of child birth or adoption.
