1.Insight of pursuit of our company Forming : The Ltd is formed by two private persons in September 1992. Main activity: Technical research and innovation, engineering activity, counsel, organization of construction projects. Previous activities coherent with the project::• own investment of an A+ energetics category condominium building• using of WinWatt and DanWattPlus softvers• producing expert’s appraisal of building energetics• producing applications of nationwide block of flats - program, expert advice• expert’s appraisal of justice

2.Determinig milestones of procurement project  

Equipment and service procured with the sponsorship :• VarioCAM inspect 680 type 640 x 480 pixel thermal imager 30 mK sensitivity with accessories• IRBIS 3 evaluating softver, theoretical and practical training for 2 persons• Testo 410-2 airspeed, air humidity, and temperature measurer• HP 6830s Notebook for the evaluate in site

PR activity• informing the previous clientele for the possibilities of the procured equipment• finding new costumers (also private persons) with advertising activity• connecting and interview with the partners of interdisciplinary use

3.1. Achievements of own application

The system of thermography has been operated to support the new and pending expert’s appraisals :• evaluation of old buildings• searching for heat-technics errors of renovated buildings • making outside and inside photos to search of thermal insulation errors• checking the thermal insulation and air-locking of windows and doors• producing repairing conception with the methods of evaluation used lately

• exploration of heat bridges, prevention of the moisture condensation.

Our goal is a healthy home!• cost optimization of building renovations with refinement of the conventional heat-technics calculation• searching errors of windows, doors, and roller-blinds, giving suggestion about repairing• constitution of renovating policy with systematizing the long term results of measuring and valuations

3. photo: attic covered with plasterboard. The error of thermal insulation causes temperature under dewpoint. Moisture condensation causes mouldiness on the both sides of plasterboard. The solution is to fill in the place behind the cover with foam.

The beginning of the science programs has proceeded recently, the achievements of application can be prognosticated to the next year.

 

4.Possibilities of economics and societal exploitation to the long term

We plan to exploit our thermography system, and to establish bilaterally prosperous collaborations with industrial undertakings, medical and educational institutes. Realistically possible applications of the procured technical equipment :• thermografy of buildings• finding of errors of electricity, errors in building engineering• checking large systems of electricity (power-lines and installations)• support of undertakings using a unique and valuable machine• planned, preventive service• monitoring a procedure• support of spa and orthopaedics• using a painless and alternative method of medical diagnostics• supporting science research programs• audit of any kind of process of natural science which causes 0.03 °C temperature changing or difference.
