Installing the Mobile App

& Setting Up Your User Account

Go to the MCW Libraries website:

mcw.edu/mcwlibraries.htm

Select All E-Resources

Select VisualDx from the alphabetical list of resources

If you are working from off-campus, you will be prompted to log on to the proxy server, using your MCW username and

password. (If you are on campus, you will skip this step.)

On the VisualDx website, click “Activate Free Mobile Access”

Select “create your own login and password”

Register for an account by filling in the requested information. Use your MCW email address.

When you are done, click submit.

Select “Download the VisualDx Mobile app to your device”

Tap the “Get” option next to VisualDx, and then tap the green “Install”

If prompted, enter your Apple ID password.

Open VisualDx

Enter in the login information for the account you just created, then click Sign In.
