Thomsun opened its first electronics power retail store under the name Thomsun Play in May 2017. The store, situated in Sharjah spans over 30,000 sq.ft. over three levels, The ground floor features mobility, audio & Video products and IT products. The second and third floors showcase household products and kitchen equipments. There are a number of customer interactive zones in the store such as a Virtual Realty Zone with free WiFi and a live recording studio, where the customers can sing and go live on their social media platforms. The store also features a live cooking demo station with the aim to provide infotainment experience to the customers.

One of the initial ventures of Thomsun group, Al Mawrid Printing and Advertising Industries is located at its own facility in Sharjah. Al Mawrid provides an array of printing and advertising services that is highly valued by the marketplace for its thrust on quality and timely work-execution.

Backed by state-of-the-art technology, the company derives its strength benefits from the extensive experience of its skilled technicians and staff numbering over 350. Delivering printing and packaging solutions, it has developed a stringent set of quality control measures that assures clients to-the-brief results, as demonstrated by the awards won in recent times.

The new additions to Al Mawrid’s list of high end machine’s include

Gallus ICS 670The Gallus ICS 670 is a multi-process machine with pioneering flexibility, able to print 10 colors using flexo and gravure printing for

highest quality. Due to the versatile nature of the machine it allows an efficient and cost effective production from roll to die cut cartons in a single pass. It can produce effects including cold foiling, hot foil stamping , pearl, iridescent and high luster metal coatings with tactile and soft feel varnishes in a single operation. The specialty of the Gallus machine makes it the ideal choice for high volume packaging cartons.

Heidelberg Speed master XL 106The Speedmaster XL 106 is a peak performance machine in the 75 X 106 cms size able to print 6 colors with coating in conventional & UV mode across a wide range of substrates like paper, board, plastics and metalized surfaces. The machine delivers 18,000 sheets per hour and the advanced inking and dampening system combines with the color package delivers the best possible color stability throughout the run in record time – at various speed.

This machine can print commercial jobs like leaflets, booklets, posters, magazines etc and produce a wide range of packaging for food, perfume, garment and tobacco industries.

Owned by the multi faceted Thomsun Group and managed by Reptrotronics, The Print House is ideally located in Ras Al Khor Complex, Dubai. It can accomplish overall print demands at every level and in all forms with the best sheet-fed offset printing, online UV prints with special effect coatings, binding and finishing operations while using cutting edge technologies.

The Engineering Division of Thomsun group, based in Dubai Investments Park, is one of the leading distributor of world renowned brands like Schneider, Clipsal, Wilco, Westing house, Kopos, Ducab, Saudi cables in Electrical products; Wavin, Megatherm, Studor, Raktherm in mechanical products and F&G, Commport, Meridian, Leader etc. in Data communication products.

This division is supported by a team of highly qualified personnel with Electrical, Electronics and Mechanical Engineering backgrounds with Product Managers/Divisional Managers responsible for different Brands / Product groups along with Marketing Engineers and Sales executives. The Company also manufactures Control Panels, Special DBs, Patch panels for Data Communications and also is involved in installation of Structured cabling systems. A state-of-the-art own facility in Dubai Investments Park along with an

elaborate distribution network ensures quick and efficient delivery at short notice to any of its customers not only in UAE but also in the State of Qatar as well, where it operates through a Branch office.

The factory is involved in to the manufacturing of wide range of products for the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing sector of the construction industry. The manufacturing facility is equipped with advanced facilities for Production process and Testing and the plant is entirely custom designed for ease of operations from receiving raw materials till delivery of finished products. The plant is continuously in expansion mode to provide value addition and to complement our trading division with new products. The machineries have the latest features and are of highest standard in order to produce products with consistancy and highest quality. All our products are internationally accredited and certified by testing bodies worldwide: DVGW, SKZ, HYG, UL, BSI, TUV Rheinland etc. The quality control division which is the most important part of the factory is equipped with devices which can ease the inspection process and generate computerized reports. The lab can perform all the desired tests for Plastic and sheet metal divisions, tests like inspection of incoming Raw material dimensions, Density and MFR till the finished goods inspection like Hydrostatic pressure tests, Compression/Tensile tests, Flexural Modulus test etc.

The Thomsun music education institutes are a microcosm of the music industry, a place where students can experience state of the art facilities with hands on education. With years of experience in managing of music education institutes in Dubai, the group currently has 2 institutes, located in the Wafi City and Ibn Battuta Shopping Mall.

The Popular Music Institute and Sing & Swing Training Centre offer students an integrated music education based on best international contemporary arts practice. We provide a dynamic and progressive music-making environment that meets individual student needs through intensive one-to-one tuition, small class size and personalized attention.

Students are offered a broad choice of subject areas and specializations, enabling them to direct their own learning in pursuit of individual career interests and goals. Popular Music Institute (PMI) - Thomsun’s first music institute is located in one of the most prestigious shopping malls in Dubai, the Wafi Shopping Mall. Based on extensive research and development over the years, PMI has been conducting courses on the piano, electronic keyboard, classical, acoustic, electric and bass guitar, drum-kit and percussion, violin and viola, flute, saxophone, classical and popular music vocals, and music theory.

Students from the early age group are eased into music by encouraging them to listen and sing along to simple melodies, participate in activities and games, as well as dance and clap various rhythms in order to evoke the spirit of music from within them. For adults, PMI offers courses that are tailor-made for each individual keeping in mind their time and specific requirements. The genre of music they would like to play and the level they would like to aspire to be are the major criteria in determining their curriculum.

By teaching young children as well as adults, we are able to promote

the concept of family oriented music education where parents and kids learn to play instruments together. All classes are fully equipped with the respective instruments as well as many teaching and learning aids to facilitate a positive educational environment. The doors of the classrooms are fixed with sections of glass for observation at various point of time by the management, staff and parents.

Sing & Swing Training Centre – Ibn Battuta Mall -The location has a showroom and a music institute adjacent to each other in a fourteen thousand square ft. area. The Sing and Swing Training Centre has fifteen classrooms offering music education in piano, electronic keyboard, classical, acoustic, electric and bass guitar, drum-kit and percussion, violin and viola, flute, saxophone, classical and popular music vocals, music theory and dance.

Dance classes are conducted in our purpose-built dance studio, which has wooden floors, dance bars and mirrors.

Our wholesale division charts a difference in Meat and Vegetable processing and trading.

The company is a leading importer and distributer of halal certified meat products in UAE by sourcing the products from various European and Latin American countries. The range of products includes Chicken, Beef, Veal, Lamb, Mutton & Vegetables.

Located in Dubai & Sharjah, with its own cold store facility and a large fleet of refrigerated vehicles, the company caters to various market

segments like airline caterers, major restaurant operators & hotel chains, Food retailers and distributers.

East Fish Processing LLC and Continental Food Processing LLC, Ajman, boast the most advanced factories in sea food processing manned by seasoned professionals who understand the pulse of the seas. From sourcing, buying, processing, storage and marketing - the plants confirm to high standards of quality that are ensured and monitored through the highly effective HACCP, EU and USFDA Quality System. Fully equipped in-house laboratories conduct organoleptic, bacteriological and chemical analyses to maintain the strict quality norms set by international bodies.

The companies together have a freezing capacity of 50 MT daily including Blast, Plate freezers and IQF Spiral freezers - and 3000 MT of storage facility. Having introduced value-added consumer packets, the companies rely on a fleet of refrigerated vehicles to deliver freshly, live, chilled and frozen and processed seafood products right to the doorsteps of the most discerning clientele including five-star hotels,

industrial caterers,restaurants, hyper markets, and supermarkets across the middle east, far east, Europe and the US.

Value Added ProductsAfter assessing the needs of the customer for new products a variety of Value Added Products are produced that are sure to appease any customer. After a lot of research on figuring out what consumers want, when they want it, and where they want it; we make it and provide it to them. Out team strives to produce a high-quality end product. The company has a breaded range that is perfectly suited for kids or for a quick weekday meal. All our breaded products are prepared from whole muscle natural fillets in our state of the art manufacturing facility. The Canton Chinese Furniture showroom, situated in Sharjah, has the largest collection of Rose wood home furniture in the Middle East. The furniture’s are made from the finest quality Rosewood from the forests world wide including from India, Thailand, Brazil, Laos, Africa etc. The unique products, especially the pearl decorated pieces and the carved ones, stand out for its antique and elegant styles due to its strong texture and brilliant varnishing.

Although the major products of the company are made of Rosewood, it has also a wide collection of Lacquer wood and black wood furniture, Porcelain, Handicrafts, Paintings, artificial Lamps, Chinese fabrics and Feng Shui items.
