Motivation and commitment

What are you doing daily to ensure your growth and develop-ment continues as a leader?

1- Sovath : I'll try to do things that I'm afraid to do [FYI: Challenge myself] and learn from every single mistakes that I have made and try not to repeat it. Keep asking myself why why why ? when I've done something wrong or can not achiev-ing something.

2- Vutha : I still need more and more experience through out every day .... that's the reason why i am here in AIESEC if you think you are good enough then you don't need to be in here today. I tried my best, I tried to finish my assignment, NC, LC, Works..... yup .... if i think i'm good enough i won't be here. so this is what i could ensure that i am on the processing of my growth and development .... as not just a leader .... but BETTER THAN THAT

3- Veasarak: I keep tracking on my work and also my study at the same time because I believe that's how I can challenge myself to do multi-tasking. Parents issue is also count cause when I try to explain them about what I'm doing is when I try to show them that I'm growing up step by step. Learning about people around me and also reading books to know more about social. Somehow, the best thing is to trying to be solution oriented cause the more I face with problem, the more I found myself being grow and develop even sometimes I can't solve it all but I c gotta know what it feel and experience in it.

4- There are different ways. I read books about leadership and inspiring stories to help me lead and inspire the team better. I also usually do self reflection to help me be more aware of myself as a leader. It is important to know ourselves more, to know our strengths and weaknesses as a person and a leader so that we can know which areas we can improve.

5- Leap: What I do everyday is I always try so hard to step out from my comfort zone in order to see the clearer sky out there and the danger. We all want growth, so we don't want to stay in the same place everytime, it won't give us nothing but dead end. I always try to seek for new opportunities for myself especialy something i have never tried before, so that I can learn something else. In the mean time, I always try to look back at what i have done wrong and tried so hard to change my bad behavior and personality. I like to talk to people to generate more ideas too and i also like to learn about myself through constructive feedbacks from people that knows me so well. and i always try to help ppl to see if theire is something i can learn from itP.S. I am having too many responsibilities these days.

6- Chakriya : yes i practice it in my group assignment. there are many assignment and also different groups with different people so i use my personal value like responsible my part, cooperate and help each other in each part, respect everyone's idea and understand each other to acheive the goal. beside that i try to work hard and try to earn the confidence by doing my work from my team to my work while m working with them.

7- Kimeng : Being a good leader is not about working all the time. I would check up for my work first whether i finish it or not. Then I will check up with members or have a team bonding in order to have a new stories sharing, Beside, I will read the inspired books who has the ideas of great leaders today, and after work I will go to have a new enviroment and learn new things from it. My dailry routine will keep it simple and seek for inspiring activities, and i believe that it will ensure my growth and development as a leader.

8- i try to experience thing as much as i can so i will have a lot idea to solve that prob-lem in the future .I'm trying to developing people by showing them an opportunity to develop themselves and enjoy facing problem. even if there is no me but they still keep go in developing other

f you happen to choose between getting WORK done & protecting MEMBERs' feeling

Which one you prefer and Why?

1- Sovath: It's depend on the situation and number of members. BUt I would prefer getting work done. Because members they might can reflect and get well by themselve but imagine if your work is not done? It affect on your plan ,you and alot more things or even affect other members feeling.

2- Sarak: I might say sorry to my members but I have to get my work done because it's a responsibility for every leader. And I might not force them but I'll try to complete this work and if I can't make them to do this work it's also because of me too. As a leader, I can't make them feel good in working and make everything done. So I don't want to create another mistake. I'd prefer to choose to complete my work. Somehow it can depend on situation and the task as well.

Page 4: Virtual q and a- AIESEC LUCT VP term 2016

3- I would choose to protect my members' feeling. of course, the work is so important but the members are more since they are the people who come to AIESEC with the hope that AIESEC can give them something back to them in order to make a change in themselves. Moreover, members are the people who make the thing and work done with lovely result, if we don't protect their feeling, the work will be messed up and no responsibility. so AIESEC brand will be terrible and the team will be in argument and lose cooperation between each other. Everyone needs to be understood and loved, we value them.

4- Chakriya : both of are importing in the team but i will make a choice to choose one. i will choose protecting members'feeling because when they feel good and motivated to do sth with us, our work will be done later and offter the good one. one more thing, if we get the work done without caring ab the other's feeling, it's not the team even though it gives the good result.

5- vutha : I would try to get the two done, even though i know sometime we have to push member to finish their job but actually we have already told them and inform them about the goal that we set.... if sometime happen urgently you Leader are the one who could responsible.... since what is the purpose of Leader? isn't it the one who could be replace and support member ? so you have a clear plan , you have a clear goal. if you member get into problem or they couldn't finish the work ( urgent matter not excuse) then you leader should finish it ..... but if it's an excuse ... your member is not really commit enough then you have to find space and talk to them .... energize them and make them feel comfortable even though it's hard but that's what leader do .....they can't finish the work today but actually because they don't really get the clear JD.... so don't give up on them .....

6- Cheata: his 2 things have to go together, because getting work is our responsibility. to be a good leader we have to care about members development and their feeling. getting work done will be just dream with a deadline if there are no members to estab-lish this dream to reality. we will done a better work and we put a lot of effort on it and that effort from our motivation and feeling of doing it

7- Kimeng: If this happens to me, I will choose protecting members' feeling. Because their feeling is the most important thing to acheive our goals. IF they do not satisfy at doing it, the result will come for worse. Just like in a workplace or organziation, motiva-tion is the most important thing that most leaders should pay attention for. Thier motiva-tion and feeling is the main resource of making our work done well. So to get my work done, I should check up my members' feeling first and try to motivate them before they start doing work.

8- Nika: It depends on what work you are talking about. I hope you were more specific. However, we need to understand member feeling accordingly to the situation. Every-day we try to reach our goal, but to me what matters the most is your members. How-ever, we cannot be too understanding at some points because it might affect the works and finishing the work can be important because its your responsibility.

Page 5: Virtual q and a- AIESEC LUCT VP term 2016

What are your personal value as a person?

1- Vutha: I value time, I value the effort and behavior. I respect people and i value those who respect me back and i respect everyone time.. if i making an appointment with someone, i won't be late or if i am late i'll inform. I don't really value Position .... the word boss isn't go into my dictionary... we are human ... we respect each other.

2- Nika: Passion: I believe with passion, everything is possible. Passion brings us determination and commitment to the things we are doing. If we are doing things that we don't like doing, we would not value it.Humanity, honestly, self-awareness, courage, inspiration are all my top values as a person.

3- Sarak: My personal value as a person is respectful understanding and responsible because I always respect people so I think that it's such a good thing to respect each other. And being understanding is really important. Sometimes u don't need to be right but u need to be understanding that's who u can keep things go on or maybe long relationship. For being responsible is really needed for leader cause if u don't respon-sible for ur work, how can u be done with it and how can ur members trust u. That's what my value is.

4- Leap: my personal value as a person is understanding.imagine if the world and the people outthere understand each other and be compas-sionate and supportive, the world will be filled with love and warmth. There will be peace and everyone is happy to do thing, to work and to try something new. We all need some people to understand us and respect our difference, we all don't want any haters, we just want a beautiful world and lovely people around us.

Imagine if there's greed, hatred, the world will be on fire. everyone is selfish and fight-ing for theri own goods and no love is found.

5- Kimeng: My personal value as a person is being honest, collaborative and open minded and passionate in doing what I like.

6- Cheata: understanding:treating people around us like we treat ourselves became my personal values as a person. Because we can gain credit of life by how well we invest in people. Other personal values of mine are education, respect and belief. Once I believe. How-ever respecting other is how you build the rule of successful life. we live to love , not to hate or be hate

7- Sovath: I would say creativity , Patience and hard worker.

Actually I Started to know about this value in my AIESEC term also. Before this I don't really know or understand about my value but AIESEC help to figure all of this.

Not just me but others notice it as well

Page 6: Virtual q and a- AIESEC LUCT VP term 2016

8- Chakriya: Responsibility: I always tell myself as I must do my work and ifmistakes happen, I will recover them by my own while it is not anyone's fault. moreover in this term i responsible what i have done till i got one good result and appreciation from my teamRespectful: I respect all people’s ideas and thought and I listen to them before making decision.Cooperative: If I work as a team, I will cooperate and help each other well even though i am not related in that function, help much as i could to achieve the goal.Honest: I always say something true to the other and being honest can make us live together with smile and trust.

List down a problem you think you will Face when you become a vice president? if so is there any good solution you have prepared

to solve it ?

1- Cheata: the biggest that i faced is have many task but less time to do like last week when i start my new term and LCVP application deadline nearly come but i havent finished it properly. At the same time i had an urgent task to complete in OC NC team. LCVP application deadline is on wednesday and i have to task complete NC task on thursday. futhermore, i have to study from 8 pm till 6 pm , monday to thursday. it is such as a hardest time for me, i didn’t sleep a night to complete the application and i tried to do NC task during my break time. i even skipped my dinner to participate in interviewing TL applicant. at that time i realized that it just the beginning of my adult life. so i have to be prepared in any kind of situation. and other problem is dealing with eps : i have to be careful with project and must have a good relationship with ep to be sure that we are enjoy their journey.

2- Vutha: for the problem that i will face during my term are : it could be School rela-tionship is not going to be a normal stuff for people to do, giving out all the effort isn't enough too. My time management might get tougher ...... For my solution i'll try my best on making new strategy to engage with other university and using all the effort i have. For my time management i will try my best even sometime i feel like i'm dying but i still keep on going and keep on look upward because i always look how far i had been ..... i'm not going to stop here.

3- Sarak: There can be a lot of things to happen such as TN, EPs and members. First with TN, there can be problem that I can't find more TN but I already try to contact with VP iGIP to learn from them to raise up more TN so I think it will work. And EPs , it might hard to get match with EPs since they hoping for high salary but I believe that if we can do good marketing we can find EPs and try to have LC -LC partnership. For members, there might be some members leave but I hope that I can be bond with them all and my solution is just like what I answer in previous question to keep my members com-mittee to goals.

Page 7: Virtual q and a- AIESEC LUCT VP term 2016

4- Nika: There might be a time management conflict because at once point, different tasks will come at the same time, including schoolwork and aiesecwork. The possible solution to solve is learning how to prioritize and not to procrastinate and manage the time more effectively by using time schedule and different tools.

5- Sovath: I would list down 2.

Members- member is very important. We have plan but without members if they're not gonna put their effort or keep quiting. Me and my TLs are not gonna achieve those plan.

Me- I might have face some urgent problems that can not be seen so it might affect LCVP term. For example , who knows I might getting a serious accident while I"m doing AIESEC then my family might force me to quit. but this problem can be show.

6- Leap: Demotivated will be my first problem, since I have a long list of work to do and I am quite a busy person, I might feel tired and harsh sometimes to complete all the work, but why would I step up? because I want to change this about myself. Solution toward this is that, I always have my break day to ensure that I can regenerate my motivation back and in order to reflect myself and make myself happy again. I need to recall my passion and [personal goals back-Secondly, Demotivation amongst members and passive members can be a hard deal for me since the heart of theirs want what it wants. We cannot just let them stay and somehow have to free them. solution is i need to understand them first and know their goals before having a coaching with them.

7- Chakriya: 1. team bonding activites because in this term i don't always hang out with my team so in next term, i might change my time management to have more fun with them. 2. tracking tool update with exchange functiion so i will focus and work seriously with them about because it is important. 3. latelly understanding about budget plan so in next term i will have some time with them to explain and do budget plan earlier in the begining of the term.

8- Kimeng: First thing that come up my mind when i first touched the application. It is time management and task management, I'm afraid that i could not make all things happen together. I'm afraid that I might get lost. Then I changed my perpectives, I see that problem as my challenge to be a better leader and a a professional worker. My solution is to preoare everything orderly. Like a list of what i have to do and decide which one had to do first or second. After I believe that I can do it, that;s why here am i apply for LCVP position.

How would they rate themselves from 1-5 in term of confidence? why?

Page 8: Virtual q and a- AIESEC LUCT VP term 2016

1- Leap: I could say that I will rate myself 4 because I can see that I have tried so hard in order to step up for something that can give a harsh time for me to improve myself. Because I have put all my gut and heart for this LCVP election. This is from my heart and my committment to entity.

2- Vutha: I would rate my self as 3.5 since I sometime feel uncomfortable being some-where with people but i don't really wanna talk because i am thinking of those people feeling and i would try my best to be there till the end. The other things is that I dont really have gut to do some reckless thing like other people so i could say that i am not very very confident ... but i do have confident in my self that i could do everything i wanna do .... and actually i really have the passion have the real goal ... if i want to do something then my motivation and my confident boost up.

3- Nika: 4 as a rating because I have the confident to make a change, a confi-dent/courage to bring something different for next term. I have the confident to lead the team and ensure of their development and ensure to achieve a good result for the upcoming journey.

4- Sovath: I would say 3.5 . Because I believe that I have enough knowledge and skills to lead this functions to achieve one the goals that I have set. But I'm not a perfect person , I got a lot of weaknesses but those weaknesses I strongly believe that it can be improve.

5- i rate myself to number 4 because i start to feel confidence and believe in myself since i have joined aiesec. i have experience what i have done before and knowledge that m learning so i believe that i can do it.

6- I will rate myself at 4. Because whatever the tasks I responsible for, I will try all my best to do it. When I'm ready to do it, when I want to make it happen, when I have believe in myself, I always have confidence in myself. Because before doing I respond for any jobs or tasks, I will ask myself like if not me, then who? And why people can do it, why I can't? So I think I'm confident when I'm ready to do something on my own.

7- i rate myself 4 .because i try my best to prepare this application. i approached my current VP, alumini and some MC about this application and ask them some informa-tion about OXG. Anyways i had researched about AIESEC abroad and someother information i got from internet. i have a strong commitment to make AIESEC have a good branding in LUCT and Zaman. other point is i want to make OGX better is mem-bers and i’m the person who care about members development and i willing to provide everything that they want to know. i will just enjoy this journey.

8- I'd rate myself in number 4 because I can see what I've been trying so far for this term and even last term that I was applying for LCVP application. And even there are some mistakes that I've made, but I still I believe in myself and try to make it better by learning from those point. I've been being faci in another session too, so it can tell people about my confident so. and even now im applying again so it can tell that i have confident in myself.

Page 9: Virtual q and a- AIESEC LUCT VP term 2016

What will you do to keep your members committed to the goals?

1- Vutha: using tracking tools is one thing but if your goal is blurry you might need to make it clear before you could keep your member to committed on the goals. One more thing is that, you need to be passionate, motivate and also make your member feel comfortable about you and being in this team. you are the Leader you are the one who take the step and you are the one who going to energize them. Even though Tracking tool is not really work these day but it's really good if you could make your team get use to the tracking tool. but just like i said we need clear goal before we can commit to it. also, Job description for the goal is a MUST.... it mean you need to have clear JD for each of your member. dont' be a bossy... .you are not the BOSS ... you are also a TEAM MEMBER in the Team of GROUP WORK.

2- Leap: As I already said, people come to AIESEC for some blurry reason but they stay in AIESEC because they have a strong hold of their personal goal. and they need AIESEC to help them toward achieving those goals. I will always try to have a deep talk with my members to see what is their real goal here in order to make an alignment of AIESEC goals and their goals. plus, people need the feeling of loved and warmth, so I am hoping that I can give much comfort, love, compassion, and understanding to my members so that they won't feel that AIESEC is just about work but AIESEC is a home

3- Nika: Lead by example:I believe when we lead a team, it's important to influence your members by your actions. If we as a leader is committed, responsible, working hard enough, then it can help the members to set you as a good example to achieve the goals.

Team work:In Team, it's not about individually anymore but it is about the cooperation within the team. When we are working together, sharing responsibilities, having a good connec-tion with one another, then we would be on the same page and on the same vision to complete the goal. It's important that we as a leader can make the members under-stand the team's goal and vision to achieve the result together.

4- Kimeng: To keep member stay commiting to the goals. First, I will tell them clearly about our goal first and understand why we choose that goal. So that they will have their idea to that goal on their. So for every decision we have make, i will to let them show their ideas and discuss with them how we can reach to the goal so they can keep their mind on it and will passionate more on what we do. So I have to regualrly check up on them about their mindset about it..

5- Sovath: I will "Set a clear plan", "Track them", and be strict with the DDL.

And I alone can not track all of them up, so I will devide these works to TL and track the TLs. And motivate them if something happen.

Page 10: Virtual q and a- AIESEC LUCT VP term 2016

6- Chakriya: first i have to make my members understand about me and what we want in the team. and the most important thing is motivation behind that. people need it the most from the leader as well everyone in the team. whenever they feel demotivated, everything must be changed to bad point. moreover as i am leader should working hard to be the sample and passionate them too.

7- Socheata: anything is depend on themselves i can only show them my hard working and i believe that it is also an key to make them committed to the goal as i do. i will tracking them and push them to do it. one quote i will tell them is the thing that they do is showing ttem

8- Sarak: To keep them committed to the goals, we have to be bond as one because when they got the feeling of being one, they will more comfortable to work with each other. And I have to check up with them as much as I can because somehow people still feel tired and careless, so it would be good that I have to track up with them. More than this, it must be motivation. People always have problem in their life. As member, the cant be like us, so their personal problem sometimes can effect them in working, thus I have to motivate them and often sharing some inspiring story, and try to be close with them as much as I can, so that they can contribute in the team and committed to goal well. The most important thing is about being understanding between members and leader. Somehow we should have bonding more often to make them feel better after work cause I want everyone to work hard and play hard so that they wont tired of working.

How do you motivate yourself to get work done after trying many things and failing over and over again?

1- Vutha: even though, i failed for many time but i still look back and i saw lots of foot steps that i took. why do i need to walk back on the same foot step back to where i used to be ? i need to go forward and finish what i need to do or what i need to finish. even if i keep on failing, i take it as experience and still keep on trying.

2- Chakriya: yes i have failed and it's not once but finally, i told myself that it 's not always failed. thus, i try to encourage myself day by day to work hard and try to do it because at the end i will see the good result of what i have done. one more thing, if it is too stressful to work, i find myself to relax before i feel good with it again.

3- Leap: To motivate myself i have to know clearly and discover more about myself and my passion toward the work first. I need to see the errors that I have made in the first try first in order to replan and make a change in the upcoming determination. I always tell myself that Failure is a part of experience and its beautiful because you gotta know that you can improve for the sake of yours and I always remember the time when i m first trying to start the work to reflect back and give me a cheer. My passion toward something is never going to die.

Page 11: Virtual q and a- AIESEC LUCT VP term 2016

4- Cheata: for me failing over and over again will automatically become my motivate. because I'm the person who always one to win my own destiny. i will keep doing it because i believe that one day it will be my turn and i will just try again and again until i have no more time to try.

5- Sovath: Actually , I have experiences a lot of failures in AIESEC. So how did I moti-vate myself?? I will reflect back of my past failure and experience. Like I have faced even harder things but I'm still here so why should I give up just because of this pres-ent failure? then give myself sometime and start the work later when I feel well.

Because if you start your work immediately you might feel even worse or can not really focus doing the work that you do either.

6- Nika: have different way of getting my own motivation back afraid failing.

Firstly, I will go talk with inspiring people. I am the person who love learning from other people. I am looking forward for story-sharing and experience sharing. Whenever I feel demotivated, I talk with those people and they always teach me that problem is help-ing me. Failing is part of learning.

Secondly, I have the motivation from my team. In AIESEC, everything is about team. I have been through up and down throughout the whole journey with my teammates. They are always there, motivating and encouraging each other together.

These are the ways I get back my motivation.

7- Kimeng: To my aspect, there is no impossible thing. I believe on how I try and how much I put my efforts into it, not believing on fate. So If i fail on doing it, I will try more than before to try a better result. If it still does not work, I will try to look back my mis-takes and correct it again for my new try. If I still fail on doing it, I will change to my new strategies. I believe that I can learn something from that failure. So I will learn from it and try until I success.

8- Sarak: The only thing I can say is that I have self-motivation, and I still have faith in myself. It's hard when we failed in something again and again, but life is just like that. I believe that we have to fail in something to get up again and be stronger. Failure is the best lesson. I can learn from my mistake and make a new one. Another important thing is about self-reflection, if I failed again and again, I'd like to sit alone, calm myself and think of everything I had done. I'd draw it in my mind about what I did and what I failed or sometimes I do in the paper. Try to devided between problem and solution and what I failed in. So that I can find a new answer to make it happens. One thing is that I always believe in myself that's how I can motivate myself and being clam make me solve everything faster.

Page 12: Virtual q and a- AIESEC LUCT VP term 2016

If someone feels bad in the function she/he is in? how will you encourage that person to continue to stay in that func-

tion?

1- Vutha: Actually i would encourage her to try something out of her comfort zone since even if she/he doesn't like this field doesn't mean that he / she don't really need this field or can avoid this field forever, they might get into this field sometime in the future. and being in different function or function that they don't like at first would be very bad but when you get used to it then you will like it. it's a challenge that you face in your life, you are the change .... you could do it, if you could go through it , it mean you are the best!!!!!

2- Chakriya: yes it is true. everything has bad and positive side and when we do sth, it will appear many problems. however, we should look at to the positive side and if u try to do it, obstacles will be gone away and there will be the good outcome to make u proud of what u did. u will see urself with this.

3- Kimeng: First, I will ask for the her/his reason of feeling about it. Then I will try to convince them about the advantages of his or her current function. Like how this func-tion benefit to them and how this function help them to achieve his/her goal.

4- Nika: It depends on the reason why she/he is not comfortable staying in that func-tion.

1/ If it's because he/she doesn't like doing the work in that department. I might switch the function according to their vision, preference, skill, behaviors to produce more productivity.2/ if it's because of the people in the function, then I would motivate them by making them having a mutual understanding through team bonding, team activities, team work spirit.

5- Leap: The thing is everyone here comes to AIESEC for a reason and that reason is likely to discover and build leadership in themselves (for those who takes AIESEC serious). People might feel bad in the function maybe they haven't known clearly the function they are in, why is it so important to AIESEC and Cambodia. When they see why and they will see what can the function help them to improve their management and leadership skill. They will try their best for themselves and entity, because they see that it can help them.Noted: We need to know their personal goals first before we encourage them.

6- Cheata: first i will go to talk to them 101, ask them about the reason and understand about their reality then helping them to kind the connected point between their pur-pose and what function can give them. i will try to be the one who always comfort them and be on their side .

Page 13: Virtual q and a- AIESEC LUCT VP term 2016

7- Sovath: Thank you for the question.

For this situation I would go and talk them him/her if he/she really let me know about this. Then, share them my experiences that I've been in this function. Like how much impact that this function have created to me. Then stand by to let them think by them-selve and will check up if there idea has change or not later.

If they still not, I'll do something to inspire them.

8- Sarak: if this happened, first of all, it needed to be personal communicate. I'd ask that person about how they feel toward it, and for sure that it'd be hard for people to answer honestly when they feel not good, but i'd try my best and try to make them feel comfortable first before they answer me about it. then I can start to ask about the reason why and when i found out about the problem, i'll think by myself is it like what she/ he say? I'll encourage them by pointing out about good points that has in function and try to correct my mistakes or something in the function that make they feel not bad. But if i found out that, that person feel bad about the function just because they got a different talent from my function, I wont be hesitate to suggest them to choose another function which is fit with them cause what I want for all members are to find their right place to unlock their potential.

what are your weaknesses that can effect to your member? And how you gonna improve it?

1- Kimeng: My weakness that can effect to my member is unapproachable. I will try to contact them more often both directly and indirectly. by phone calls contact and social media.

2- Leap: The weakness that I can affect my member is I am a kind of person who is way too serious during work which I always seek for perfection and sastifaction of stakeholders, by this it will make my members somehow feel uncomfortable around me. ANother thing is I am a strict but somehow playful at times which can make some members don't take me serious. I am going to improve this by trying to calm myself down when working and under-stand more from member situation and perspective, and i need everyone to give me constructive feedbacks which im wiling to accept and change myself.

3- Nika: My weakness include:- being negative: I always feel doubt about myself and afraid of being wrong and making mistakes, which can be affective to my members as they need positivity in the working environment. However, throughout the time in AIESEC, I have surrounded by positive environment and inspiring people which makes me become more positive.

4- Soavth: I would say "Time Management". For example : I set a plan then I keep delaying then the the process is running behind schedule so at that time the members will feel I'm un-professional and they will not trust me,

I can improve it by set a clear dialy schedule every morning , and try not to wait when I decided to do something.

5- Chakriya: my weakness is easily get angry and i have experienced this before. actu-ally, i calm down myself before i continue to speak with him/her and i can't make them feel bad because of me or anything bad happen to break our communication.

6- Cheata: the weakness that can effect to my member is my temper. sometime i use some negative word when i have bad temper. and one more thing is I'm too helpful. i just helping them that time sometime make them feel lazy . so i try to not talk when i had temper bad and try to share all the work to my member .

7- Vutha: firstly, Thank you for you awesome question, My weaknesses that can affect my member are : I might ask too much for ideas even though i got my own already but i want them to contribute, but in contrast, they think that it is really annoying and also they want me to execute the idea so i will ask them less.actually i might be so busy sometime but i'm not that unapproachable, just i gave members too much works.i guess these are my weakness

8- Sarak: My weakness that can effect to my member is sometimes I'm easily get upset which can effect members feeling cause even I don't say it out but they do feel though. So it's kind of my weakness. But I can improve it through this term cause I got a lot of feedback from my members and now I'm pretty fine with it and my members r now satisfied with my feeling every time we work together.
