That about six years |i ago the said B. B, Kidd died leaving him surviving Bettie Tudor Kidd Ij his widow, and three infant children, namely: Wallace Kidd, who i s il I now about sixteen years of age, Roland Kidd, who i s about fourteen years of age, and Algie Kidd, who i s about eleven years of age; that the said Bettie Tudor Kidd has since intermarried v/ith a man named Johnson, and she and the said children reside in Brunswick County, Virginia, That Nannie E. Kidd, widov/ of the said J, J. Kidd, died I some mohths ago* That the last will and testament of the said J, J.
