For more information, see the information provided in the box.</p><p>By airFrom Brussels National Airport (Zaventem) take a train to Leuven(Louvain) and change train to Genk. For further information, see below Travelling from within Belgium.</p><p>Travelling from within Belgium Take a train to Genk and then take bus #45 towards Maaseik. Get off at Dilsen Kruispunt bus stop. This bus runs regularly and takesapproximately 40 minutes. For complete details and times, please see the route planner at http://www.delijn.be (bus), http://www.b-rail.be (train). If you come by bus then please let the office of Dhamma Pajjota know in advance when you plan to arrive at the bus stop "Dilsen Kruispunt", so that we can pick you up from there by car.</p><p>Travelling from the Netherlands There are two separate possible routes to reach Dhamma Pajjota by public transport. We recommend taking the first route described below as it saves you around 45 to 75 minutes of travel time and around 10 of travel cost.</p><p>1) Take a train to Sittard and transfer to the bus to Berg aan de Maas (Urmond). On the starting day of the course, pick-up service is offered by Dhamma Pajjota at the ferry across the Maas river at Berg aan de Maas (Urmond). For more information see the box on the right side.</p><p>2) Travel to Maastricht and take either one of the two different bus connections described below to reach the meditation centre.</p><p> A) Take bus #63 in the direction of "Maastricht-Eisden" and get off at "Maasmechelen Centrum" bus stop. From "Maasmechelen Centrum", take bus #45 in the direction of "Maaseik" and get off at "Dilsen Kruispunt" bus stop. These buses run regularly. The journey time to Maasmechelen Centrum is approximately 45 minutes. Bus #45 waits for bus #63 in Maasmechelen Centrum and takes another 15 minutes to reach Dilsen Kruispunt. For complete details and times, please visit the route planner at http://www.delijn.be/.</p><p> B) Take bus #45 in the direction of "Hasselt" and get off at "GENK Heempark" bus stop. Go to the diagonally opposite station and from there take the bus #45 (!) again but this time in the direction of "Maaseik/Maastricht" (this bus takes a different route and passes through Dilsen) and get off at "Dilsen Kruispunt" bus stop. Please check the connection details at www.delijn.be (Maastricht Van Hasseltkade to Genk Heempark and then Genk Heempark to Dilsen Kruispunt).</p><p> If you come by bus then please let the office of Dhamma Pajjota know in advance when you plan to arrive at the bus stop "Dilsen Kruispunt", so that we can pick you up from there by car.</p><p>.</p><p>Travelling from Germany There are two separate possible routes to reach Dhamma Pajjota by public transport. From there take a connecting train to Sittard and transfer to the bus to Berg aan de Maas (Urmond). For the train connections to reach Maastricht, please visit www.bahn.de</p><p> For the bus connections to reach Maastricht, please follow the bus routes information provided in the section (Travelling from the Netherlands) above to reach the meditation centre. </p><p>.</p><p>Pick-up service</p><p>At the bus stop Dilsen Kruispunt or at the ferry in Berg aan de Maas (Urmond) on the starting day of every course.</p><p>Please let the centre know at what time you need to be picked up by calling the Dhamma Pajjota office between 9.30 and 11.30 (Mon Fri), tel. +[32](0)89-51.82.30 or by sending an email to info@pajjota.dhamma.org Bus stop Dilsen Kruispunt, Belgium Participants coming by bus can be picked up at the bus stop Dilsen Kruispunt between 2 and 5 pm.</p><p>Ferry Berg aan de Maas, Netherlands Participants travelling from the Netherlands or Germany can alsobe picked up at the ferry across the Maas river at Berg aan de Maas. Take the train to Sittard and then take the bus #39 to Berg aan de Maas (Urmond) and get off at Beatrixplein (Urmond) bus stop.</p><p>From Sittard, bus #39 leaves every hour. On public holidays and on Sundays, bus frequency might be different. For more details and bustimes, the journey planner can be checked at http://9292.nl/en </p><p>Note: On Sundays and after 19:00 on other days, it is required that you make a reservation by calling the bus company Arriva on number 0800 0224050 (on +31-882776880 if calling outside of Netherlands) at least one hour before departure. Sometimes the driver can drop you nearer to the ferry, on request.</p><p>From Beatrixplein bus stop, it is a short walk of about 4 minutesto the ferry across the Maas River. The ferry is free for passengers on foot or with a bike. The ferry operates continuously and requires 5-10 minutes, depending on the waiting time for the crossing. The whole journey from Sittard to the ferry takes about 20-25 minutes (*). The centre car will be there at the other side of the ferry at the requested time (between 2 and 5 pm at around 15 past the hour). There is a charge of 3 per person for this service. Please note that it saves you approx. 1 hour travel time and around 10 travel cost.</p><p>(*) A taxi to the ferry from Sittard station will cost about 25; to the meditation center about 40.</p><p> This pick-up service is only available at the beginning of the course. For the return journey, it is likely to find a lift with other participants. Please check the board Lifts Offered on the last day of the course. At the station, take Europalaan to the left and then follow the signs Fietsroutenet. From there, go by crossroads #30, #535, #565, #41, #501, #42.
