Recentemente è stata ristrutturata con cura e conuna grande attenzione per il dettaglio. Lo stile originale e i preziosi arredi sono stati conservati, trasformando la villa in un residenzadi lusso, elegante ed esclusiva. La Villa sorge in un grande parco privato, circondata da alberi ad alto fusto come pini marittimi,palme e aranci e da una varietà di piante e fiori che creano una vera e propria oasi naturale. Il parco, completamente recintato, offremoltissimi spazi per rilassarsi e svagarsi in totale privacy: dalla splendida piscina, dove far giocare i bambini o semplicemente pren-dere il sole, al patio elegantemente arredato con sedie e tavolo in ferro battuto e grandi cuscini bianchi per organizzare aperitivi ecene o semplicemente rilassarsi in compagnia del piacevole canto degli uccelli, alla piccola terrazza sulla torretta da cui ammirarelo splendido panorama circostante. The Villa stands in an extensive private garden and is surrounded by tall foresttrees such as maritime pines, palm and orange trees as well as a large variety of plants and flowers which create a true naturaloasis. The garden is completely fenced and offers extensive space for relaxation and leisurely activities in a totally secluded setting:the charming swimming pool where children can play and parents sunbathe; the elegantly furnished patio equipped with wrought-iron tables and chairs covered with soft, large, white cushions is perfect to hold aperitif or dinner parties thanks to a night lightingsystem or listening the singing of birds and last but not least, on the top of the building the charming turret is the perfect placeto admire the splendid surrounding view. The entrance to the Villa opens up to a brightly lit, elegant hall with marble flooring,exquisite curtains, Persian carpets and a charming fireplace, the whole being decorated with refined furnishings and décor itemsand designed so that guests may live in Rome and yet feel at home in “their own private residence”.
