CryoWaveMODERN METHODS OF SKIN FAT REDUCTION COMBINED WITH EFFECTS OF COLD, HEAT

SHOCK AND ACOUSTIC SHOCKS

Basic information:

The whole system is implemented using a pair of design and programmatically connected devices Cryojett and Shockjett.

This method provides a faster reduction of subcutaneous fat through synergistic use of thermo-Cryolipolysis / Thermocryolipide-trademark owned by Compex spol. s r.o. / and subsequent application of shock waves. The system is based on numerous clinical studies conducted around the world, such as studies Zeltiq-Zimmer and studies Ferrara, Francesca de Cataldo. In these studies it has been shown that the overall efficiency Cryolipolysis and the resulting effect is much higher due to the subsequent application of acoustic shock waves, which not only substantially accelerates the disintegration of fat cells but also stimulates the formation of

new collagen and tightens skin. We are also carrying our own study, in which we assume a double acceleration of adipocytes reduction.

ThermocryolipideIt is generally known that the adipose tissue cells are much more sensitive to cold than the cells of other tissues. After exposure to cold, thermal shock and electrical stimulation, the development of inflammation in adipose tissue occurs in a week. Approximately a month after application inflammatory reactions decline. At this moment, adipocytes are on the verge of their cell death and their removal is initiated by the immunity system.

Thermocryolipide method has been proven effective in clinical studies by prof. MUDr. Petr Dobšák CSc. and MUDr. Matúš Baran.

The machine has four applicators with electrodes for electrostimulation. The treatment time is 60 minutes. Each electrode is equipped with a special and worldwide unique microcomputer with thermistors which maintain a temperature in the safe dosage range of 4-39.5 °C.

Released energy is processed by the metabolism of fats, therefore it is necessary to get into a caloric deficit (sports- at least 30 minutes a day, adjusting the diet) for a recommended period of time after treatment to get the best results. Of course, it is important to drink at least 2 – 2.5 liters of water a day. If a client gains a weight, therapy cannot be reasonably effective, because the body stores the released energy from excessive caloric intake, that the client received from excess food, in other fat stores.

Acoustic shock wave

It is a combination of acoustic shock pulse wave and oscillating electrical waveforms simultaneously transmitted into the tissue. Aesthetic shock wave is used for non-invasive skin tightening, remodeling of scar tissue, stretch marks, and also in the treatment of cellulite.

Acoustic wave destroys the encapsulated cells and the tissue becomes softer and it also stimulates microcirculation in the tissue so that it accelerates the removal of fats. Furthermore, there is also the formation of new collagen fibers, which makes skin more flexible, firmer and smoother.

Result

Cryolipolysis causes extinction of adipocytes and cause an inflammatory reaction in the body and the subsequent application of shock waves produces healing and regenerative processes and it therefore accelerates the degradation of the natural fat in the body and so the result is visible quicker and the effect id doubled. Both methods are safe and gentle for body and skin. Cryo Wave device may be used by beauticians after a training. Treatment with shockwave must be allowed by a doctor.

It is easy to use, just select the screen for a duration and a program.

Intuitive operation, primarily the treated area is selected, which already has preset parameters, see Figure 4. The device also shows the correct direction of application and duration.
