Viewing Call History

The Call History icon displays in the left-hand menu of your loop soft client

If you have had a missed call, the Call History icon will display a red notification badge indicating the number of missed calls

3. Double click on an entry in your Call History listto make a return call

4. Right click on an entry to view further options

Note: Available options will vary depending on whether the caller was internal to your company or an external caller

1. Click the Call History icon to view your call history list

2. An arrow next to a call will indicate whether it was a Missed, Received or Placed call

Viewing Call History OverviewEasily view your call history, and determine whether a call was Placed, Missed or Received. The click to dial option is available to from History to call back the caller. View call details or even save the caller into your Contacts.

5. Click View Profile to open a contact card and view more calling options
