Step 1.

Open the Westpac App on your phone and tap ‘Sign in to banking’.

How to view and download your Proof of balance and Recent transactions report.A Proof of balance report provides information about your current account balance.

A Recent transactions report displays your transactions over the last 30, 90 or 120 days. It can be used to show your regular income, expenses or savings history.

Step 2.

Tap the ‘Self serve’ icon located on the bottom menu.

Step 3.

Under ‘Statements and reports’, tap ‘Proof of balance’.

To view and download your Proof of balance report:

Select which account(s) you want to view your Proof of balances from.

Step 5.

Tap ‘Download’.

Here’s an example of what your Proof of balance report will look like.

If you want to send a copy of the report, tap the share icon in the top right-hand corner.

To view and download your Recent transactions report:

Under ‘Select an account’, tap ‘Please select’ and choose which account you want to view your recent transactions from.

Tap to select the account.

Under ‘Transaction period’, tap ‘30 days’ to expand the selection period.

Step 12.

Tap to select the transaction period. You can choose from the last 30, 90, or 120 days.

Step 13.

Tap ‘Download’.

Step 14.
