26 Veterinary Clinic Management System (VCMS) is a window application. It was developed by Visual studio 2010 and used MY SQL server 2008 R2 to store data of VCMS. In part of appointment would use a function namely “SMS Gate- way” for sent SMS when customer has appointment date. General clinic is still using traditional data collection such as paper manual which is high risk of loss and damage data and take time to find consumer infor- mation. So, it effects to customer satisfaction feed- back. Thus, Clinic automated management system developed a new system to support data collection in a server. Then the result would be decreased the problem such as lost and damage, and usage of paper. Moreover, there is more function system is pop-up notice. The pop-up will alert when medical inventory low or expire medical. Another function is notification about Short Message Service (SMS) to be sending a short message to remind their appointment date.
