WHO WE ARE

• Our Canadian production is located in Alberta and Saskatchewan, and includes dominant positions in key Cardium light oil and liquids rich natural gas plays.

• We are France’s top onshore oil producer and one of the country’s most active oil and gas companies.

• As the second largest onshore operator of natural gas in the Netherlands, our properties provide abundant gas exploration potential in the heart of the European natural gas markets.

WHO WE ARE

• We have an 18.5% non-operated interest in the Corrib Gas field that will supply 95% of Ireland’s gas production.

• Our 100% operated interest in the Wandoo offshore field located on Western Australia’s Northwest Shelf provides attractive oil development and optimization opportunities.

• Our entry into Germany in 2013, positions Vermilion for future development and expansion.

OUR OPERATIONS IN CANADA

Vermilion has been an operator in Canada since 1994 with a well-established land base and

current production of over 21,000 boe/d. Canada provides a vast source of oil and gas

technology with our production and assets focused in West Pembina near Drayton Valley and

Northgate in SE Saskatchewan.

In West Pembina, we have three significant development projects, including one of the highest

quality Cardium plays in the Western Canadian sedimentary basin, Mannville liquids rich gas

inventory and an extensive position in the Duvernay liquids-rich gas resource play.

In 2014, Vermilion entered southeast Saskatchewan acquiring assets comprised of light oil with

a current production of 3,750 boe/d. The acquisition creates a new core area for Vermilion in

the Williston Basin.
