Language Objective:We will complete sentences

using am, is, or are to connect the subject to adjectives in three forms: declarative,

negative, and interrogative.

Parts of Speech:Verbs

Application (Why?):We use, am, is and are to:

• Give facts,• Talk about the present,

• Connect the subject to an adjective that describes it.

Formulas & Examples:
