Ms. Noel Matheus comes from the town of Merida where she is a professor at the University of Los Andes and directs their Psychology Research Center. Interested in improving doctor-patient relationships via medical school education, she plans on studying psychological intervention programs and organizational design during her Humphrey year in order to create an education healthcare ethics program upon her return.
