Dear friends, colleagues and associates of CEAS,

Here is the next CEAS case study “VENCISLAV THE VIRGIN - From fake CEAS through pro-Kremlin mercenaries in Ukraine and accused of attempted terrorism in Montenegro to the movement Do not drown Belgrade - hostile operation Vencislav Bujić, SEAS Foundation and its network of collaborators.” In this study is described a hostile operation of certain Vencislav Bujić, SEAS Foundation and its network of collaborators against the CEAS, as well as other forms of activity that needs to be the focus of special attention.

The aim of this project is to draw your attention to the illegitimate and hostile activities mentioned Bujić and his associates to be vigilant and help identify if something happens to you, your partners or organizations whose activities you support.

VENCISLAV THE VIRGIN case study is made on the basis of data from publicly available sources. We have documented years of hostile action against CEAS from phishing via other illegitimate (and possibly illegal) activity until the registration before Serbian authorities, organization Foundation SEAS. The name, the abbreviations in Cyrillic and Latin alphabets, logo, parts of the statute, combined with his Facebook and other public activities and communication challenges, in our view, a deliberate misleading others in terms of our organization. CEAS has already warned about this, our contacts and competent authorities in Serbia. Bujić since the end of 2017 moved to the frontal Vilify-and-Amplify operation against CEAS Director Jelena Milić and CEAS, very similar to what we have gone through during 2015-2016. year that we reported in a similar study “Vilify and Amplify – From Serbian and Russian trolls factories to Serbian and Russian pro-government media Vilify and Amplify campaign of discrediting CEAS and its Director Jelena Milic.”

As many of you know, the Center for Euro-Atlantic Studies from Belgrade (CEAS) since its establishment in 2007, in Serbian public space, was faced with inaccurate or malicious reporting (mainly by various tabloids, as well as parts of the security system and / or right-wing and nationalist organizations and anti-Hague lobby) and commenting on our work. This is not surprising, having in mind that we are dealing with very sensitive issues such as the causes, the occasion and consequences of NATO bombing of Yugoslavia; Death of the soldiers in Topčider and Leskovac; advocate for Serbian membership in NATO, advocacy of war crimes trials before domestic courts and the implementation of other mechanisms of transitional justice, emphasizing the obligations and the importance of cooperation with the ICTY, by encouraging normalization of relations with Kosovo and regional cooperation; comprehensive reform of the security system and its placement under the democratic control and the strengthening of Russian influence in Serbia and the Western Balkans. CEAS Director Jelena Milić even before, because of her involvement in the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights in Serbia, the Resistance movement and the International Crisis Group and individual public appearances, have gone through a series of unpleasant experiences.

The dynamics of attacks and intimidation has reached a new level after the CEAS in February 2016 held a conference “Serbia and Russia: The Russian influence on the stabilization, democratization and European integration of Serbia,” which announced the publication of “Eyes Wide Shut: Strengthening of

the Russian Soft Power in Serbia - goals, instruments and effects” on the strengthening of Russia’s soft power in Serbia. We pointed out the hope that our findings will help colleagues from Montenegro in their former campaign for entry into NATO. Although, we have never gone through anything like what we documented in VENCISLAV THE VIRGIN. Network of Bujić contacts, associates and scope of the operations carried out beyond the hostile activities against the CEAS. This case study includes Bujić activities such as: the formation of a fake CEAS; contacts and communication with the pro-Kremlin mercenaries in Ukraine; charged with attempted terrorism in Montenegro; communication with associates of the obscure Serbian magazine Tabloid; connection with the self-proclaimed Republican Party, which is registered in Serbia by compromised Nikola Sandulović, to cooperation of the registration of fake CEAS in which chairman is the former activists and of the Republican Party, and now an active member of the initiative Do not drown Belgrade - Miloš Injac.

Bujić modus operandi and contacts, as well as the fact that CEAS is one of his major targets, are indicating that it was probably pro-Kremlin operation. CEAS will continue to monitor the activities of Bujić networks, because of us, but also because of general trends and possible further implications.

Unfortunately, although the CEAS has long been warning of an alarming hostile operation of Bujić and others, none of the competent Serbian authorities, media and colleagues from civil society organizations did not respond and do not pay attention to them. CEAS will try to protect with legal measures, but our past experience with non-prosecuted criminal charges for criminal offenses - disorderly conduct, endangering, racial and other discrimination, attacks on the CEAS website, we have submitted through our legal representative, does not make us optimistic.

Miloš Injac: Chairman of the Board of the Foundation SEAS, well known activists of the movement Do not drown Belgrade, a former member and candidate for the 2016 parliamentary elections on the list of the Republican Party. Injac is the owner of OAK MEDIA DOO that conducts the marketing business for the SEAS Foundation. For the chairman of the board of the Foundation SEAS he was appointed in August 2016, and later was on 21st place on the electoral list of the initiative Do not drown Belgrade in the Belgrade city election (March 2018).

Nemanja Ristić: Suspected of involvement in planning the coup d’état in Montenegro, he is on the Interpol wanted list by order of the judicial authorities of Montenegro. Republic of Serbia does not act according to the Interpol wanted list, which means that it still refuses to extradite Ristić. Ristić was a member of Voždovac criminal gang and was convicted of a murder committed in 1994 during a confrontation with members of Zvezdara gang, Sredoje Šljukić Šljuka and Srđan Adžemović, when in mutual shootings was killed Tatjana Nikolić. He was accused several times of illegal possession of weapons, bullying, and threats to security. In 2012 Ristić was released from prison. He is also known for threatening former US Ambassador Michael Kirby, Chief Prosecutor Serbia Zagorka Dolovac and B92 editor Veran Matić. CEAS filed a criminal complaint against Ristić in March 2015 for the crime of endangerment, and that complaint has not been processed yet.

Radomir Počuča: In 2013 he was a spokesman for the anti-terrorist unit of the Ministry of Interior affairs of Republic of Serbia. Počuča participated as a volunteer in the Ukrainian war on the side of the Russian forces, and was sentenced on probation for a year and a half. The judgment of the High Court in May 2016 accepted plea agreements for participation in a war or armed conflict in a foreign country that was signed between the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade and Radomir Počuča.

The Initiative Do not drown Belgrade: The initiative Do not drown Belgrade was created as a response to the lack of transparency in the Contract of the project “Belgrade Waterfront”, as well as the illegal demolition in Savamala in April 2016. In response to the aforementioned events, the Initiative has repeatedly organized protests in Belgrade, and it is known for its symbol - a yellow duck. In the city elections in March 2018 the initiative comes out with its list, where Miloš Injac, chairman of the board of the Foundation SEAS, was on the 21st place. Since the CEAS published its announcements (on 23 February and 1 March 2018) with descriptions of the connection between Miloš Injac and Foundation SEAS, unfortunately, no one from the initiative Do not drown Belgrade has distanced themselves from Injac. Indicative fact is that, during the search in Business Registers Agency we could not find how the initiative Do not drown Belgrade is registered. For some time the initiative has worked with compromised Military and Police Unions in Serbia. Military Union of Serbia, Serbian Police Union and Union organization Zastava Weapons publicly offered support to the Initiative Do not drown Belgrade during the protest, which were organized in February 2017, and this support was mutual. Military Union of Serbia and Police Union of Serbia: Compromised Military and Police Unions of Serbia are working closely together, and publicly supported the Initiative Do not Drown Belgrade during the protest organized by the Initiative in February 2017. 2014. – In this period Bujić on FB actively emphasizes pro-Russian orientation and support to pro-Russian forces in eastern Ukraine and Crimea and Russian interventionism in Ukraine in 2014.

2014. – During 2014 Bujić continues presentation of alleged pro-Putin’s orientation and the first time mentioning Serbia in the context of collecting humanitarian aid. “Together we will help Serbia! Humanitarian campaign ISCED “Russian Youth”


2014. – Bujić continues to support pro-Russian interventionism in Ukraine on FB - “Putin, lead the army!”.

2014. – Vencislav Bujić on FB continues with pro-Russian campaign with a commitment to Serbia’s entry into the Eurasian Union, “Putin called Serbia in Eurasian Union”.


2014. – In this period Bujić on FB supports the Serbian “Chetniks” volunteers and their participation in the fighting in Eastern Ukraine - Donetsk in 2014, and establishes contact with Bratislav Živković (President of the Chetnik movement) and Dejan Berć (Serbian sniper and pro-Russian volunteer in eastern Ukraine).

2016 January – Bujić in this period was using the term “barbaric NATO bombing” and expressed support for the alleged Russian interventionism in Serbia as protection from NATO.


2016 February – During this period CEAS holds conference “Serbia and Russia: The Russian influence on the stabilization, democratization and European integration of Serbia,” which announced the publication of “Eyes Wide Shut: Enhancing Russia’s soft power in Serbia - objectives, instruments and effects” . Almost simultaneously the CEAS Director Jelena Milić have suffered a campaign of defamation and intimidation by pro-Russian, pro-government media and tabloids, as well as a campaign on the social networks on which we have already written. Along with these events, on one hand, CEAS was contacted by Teša Tešanović, controversial editor of an obscure Balkan Info portal, and presents itself as an associate of Vencislav Bujić. The highlight of the campaign of intimidation and defamation on the other hand came from pro-Russian portal IN4S that started with the publication of a series of articles and fabricating falsehood against Jelena Milić and CEAS.

2016 February – Bujić in this period gives the alleged support to Serbian National front (SNF) in the organization of a set of anti-NATO gathering; beginning of the isolation from Zaventici. During this period, is visible communication between Bujić and Boban Gajić, the leader of the SNF.

2016 March 4th - the beginning of March 2016 Zavetnici together with Bratislav Dikić (suspect for the attempted terrorist attack in Montenegro), Nemanja Ristić, Bojan Stojković from the Srbian honor, lawyer Goran Petronijević, who represents their proposals in the process of attempted terrorist attacks on election day in Montenegro in October 2016, organized by anti-NATO rally in Nis.


2016 March – Bujić on FB announces “statement” about the anti-NATO protests in Nis, which claims that the protests are pro-NATO organizations, as well as Zavetnici, which is the motive of moving anti-NATO protests from Belgrade to Nis and reportedly closing of the Russian -Serbian humanitarian center in Nis. 2016 April – During this period Nemanja Ristić on his FB profile shared a post of Sergei Belous, in which includes a picture of director of CEAS (filmed in her apartment) while giving an interview to the journalist Rogatkina Alexandra. Ristić wrote a comment that Jelena Milić is addicted to cocaine and alcohol.

2016 March / April – In this period, Bujić administrated the group SEAS (Serbian Euro Asian Cooperation) on FB, and the “Russia and Serbia as it is - SOS”, until May 2016 (when he changes direction in the sense of commitment in Serbia entering NATO and the name of the Foundation in the Serbian Euro Atlantic Cooperation), when he renamed the same page to Serbia in the NATO-Russia such as it is. Also evident is the case of copying the visual identity of the CEAS, which, in addition to the similarities with the logo, reflected in the similarities between the Latin and Cyrillic called both organizations, but also the strangest copying motto CEAS. Moto CEAS since its founding in 2007 is “progress, commitment, influence”, while the motto of Bujić’ organization was “Pravda, determination, courage.” In addition, there is a noticeable similarity in characterizing the nature of the two organizations - CEAS is declared as an independent socio - liberal think-tank, while a Bujić’ organization is characterized as a non-governmental, non-commercial, independent, neoconservative social, political research organization.

2016 April – In this period, Bujić was expressing his alleged disappointment over the influence of the US administration on the parliamentary elections in Serbia in 2016 by criticizing the US ambassador Scott, on the FB.

2016 April – Miloš Injac, chairman of the board of directors of the SEAS Foundation, was one of the candidate on the list of controversial Republican Party led by Nikola Sandulović on the parliamentary elections in April 2016.

2016 May – On 25th May 2016. Vencislav Bujić established the SEAS Foundation and registered it in the Agency for Business Registers (ABR) under the registration number 28829493. The official name of Fondation in the ABR is SEAS (Cyrillic: SEAS). The name itself doesn’t show an indications of the activity of the organization i.e. what it stands for, which is evident only from the registration decision available in the ABR database. Initially, the scope of achieving the objectives of the SEAS Foundation in the Statute was defined as: “Making better international understanding and dialogue with the countries of Europe and Asia and with the Euro-Asian Alliance as well, also with the alliance Russia and Belarus ...”. In November 2017, the scope was changed to: “Promote the value and potential of European and Euro-Atlantic integration of Serbia ...”. The SEAS registration date coincides with the publishing of our publication “ Eyes Wide Shut - Strengthening Of The Russian Soft Power In Serbia – Goals, Instruments And Effects”, which was officially published in May 2016, in which we mapped more than 110 pro-Russian organizations that were functioning in the same way as Bujić’s SEAS. Only two months after the publishing of our publication on Russian influence, Bujić began to move to allegedly pro-NATO advocacy.


2016 June – In June 2016, Bujić allegedly writes negatively about some civil society organizations and the movement “Don’t drown Belgrade”, so that after the changes in the Statute of SEAS (in August 2017), he named Miloš Injac (who will be one of the candidates of the “Don’t drown Belgrade” initiative in the 2018 city elections) for the Chairman of the Management Board of the SEAS Foundation.

2016 July / August – During this period Bujić on FB campaigning alleged fencing and criticism of non-governmental organizations representing the anti-NATO and pro-Russian attitudes. Bujić also then intensively expressed dissatisfaction regarding allegedly pro-Russian policy in the Republic of Serbia and more frequent supposedly committed to Serbia’s entry into NATO, as well as orientation to Trump’s administration. During this period Bujić was changing attitudes on FB page that administrates. FB page “Russia and Serbia such as it is - SOS” was renamed into “Serbia in NATO-Russia as it is.”


2016 October 21st – Vencislav Bujić with the President of fake Republican Party Nikola Sandulović (of whom will soon start to distances himself ) organized the alleged NATO conference. SEAS, mentioned conference, organized almost simultaneously when CEAS announced jubilee 4th NATO week (held in November 2016).

2016 – Images of Vencislav Bujić with Radomir Počuča (Volunteer in the Ukrainian war on the side of the Russian forces, sentenced for a year and a half. The judgment of the High Court on May 2016 was accepted plea offense for participation in war or armed conflict in a foreign country, which was concluded between higher public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade and Radomir Počuča.) And Aleksandar Sinđelić.

2016 October - A Skype interview appears in public by Vencislav Bujić with Aleksandar Sinđelić on the occasion of organizing a coup in Montenegro in 2016. Aleksandar Sindjelic is suspected of organizing terrorist attacks in Montenegro on election night (on October 16, 2016), followed by a decision of the High Court in Podgorica and he officially became a cooperating witness associate. During this period, Bujic managed to trick journalists of Radio Free Europe (RFE) from Belarus, and perhaps some others, representing himself as an expert on Russian influence, representing pro-NATO positions, even though all previous North Korean and Kremlin posts are on FB.Interview available on the following link: https://www.slobodnaevropa.org/a/crna-gora-puc-krim/28132618.html.


2016 November – CEAS received information that Bujić begins to contact CEAS donors and associates who are looking for cooperation. When contacting our associates and donors, Bujić, in addition to description of his organization, states that he has good contacts with representatives of the US Embassy in Serbia. Bujić intensively on FB writes about the Kremlin’s alleged involvement in the conduct of a coup in Montenegro in October 2016 and allegedly he distances himself from Aleksandar Sinđelić.


2016 December - Bujic on FB gives alleged support to Nikola Sandulović and the Republican Party, and the alleged support to his daughter Klara Sandulović, who accused the government of Aleksandar Vucic for organizing the assassination attempt against her father.


2016 December - Bujić on FB writes about the alleged negative influence of Zavetnici in Serbia and their connection with Nemanja Ristić (against whom in March 2015 CEAS filed criminal complaint for the for offense of endangering referred in Article 138 of the CC of the RS, which which until today was not prosecuted), for which the judicial authorities of Montenegro have issued an Interpol warrant for the establishment of a criminal organization and attempted terrorism. During that period, Bujic and Ristic communicate directly through FB.


2017 January – Bujić during this period supports the Republican party of Nikola Sandulovic.

2017 February – The High Court in Podgorica is 29 May 2017. confirmed the indictment of the Special State Prosecutor’s Office KtS.br.271 / 16 of 13.4.2017. (16 October 2016) for attempted coup during an election night in Montenegro. Bujić reportedly contacted Montenegro’s judicial authorities in February 2017 and sends them pictures of Nemanja Ristić, with whom he is otherwise in intensive communication, and talks about his involvement and connection with pro-Russian structures in the attempted coup in Montenegro in October 2016.


2017 February / March – During this period, Bujić shares the image of Miloš Injac as one of the activists of the Initiative “Do not drown Belgrade” (who used to be in Sandulović’s Republican Party, and later he will become the Chairman of the Board of Bujić’s Foundation). At the same time, Bujić is attacking Stefan Stamenkovski (Zavetnici) regarding his alleged attack on Sandulović. Also, in his phishing and phony operation, Bujić gives alleged support to Saša Janković during the 2017 presidential election campaign in Serbia, the initiative “Do not drown Belgrade”, as well as others involved in anti-government protests organized in that period.


April 2017 – Bujić allegedly denounces Miša Vacić and his “team” for allegedly provocative demolition of remembrance memories of Serb victims from Kosovo and Metohija in front of the RS National Assembly in order of media demonizing the set of youth. Also, Bujić allegedly brings in the connection of Stefan Stamenkovski with the provocative action of Miša Vacić and other “SNS provokators” during the April protests in 2017 in Belgrade.

April 2017 – Based on the correspondence between Vencislav Bujić and Milica Đurđević Stamenkovski (Zavetnici) in this period, it can be seen that Bujić and Zavetnici are still on good terms. As for CEAS and Jelena Milić, Bujić now implies that the leader of the League of Social Democrats of Vojvodina (LSV), Nenad Čanak, who is otherwise a dedicated critic of the negative Russian influence, in fact, is actually a “Kremlin agent”.


2017 May – In this period, Bujić, on his, as well as on the FB profile of the SEAS Foundation, reportedly congratulates Montenegro on the occasion of joining NATO.

2017 May - Bujic allegedly warns about the formation of the National Avant-garde, anti-Western and pro-Kremlin organizations.


2017 May – By the end of May 2017 (26.5.2017), Djordje Visekruna gave a controversial interview to the obscure portal Balkan Info in which he talked about Aleksandar Vučić, stating, among other things, that Vučić was a homosexual, after which Visekruna became a “state enemy number 1“. 2017 June – During this period, Bujić commented on the satirical post of CEAS director Jelena Milić, who obviously does not understand and uses the opportunity to call her “false NATO lobbyists”. From that period dates back, Vencislav Bujić’s communication with portal “Nacionalist” in which he explains, apparently, that the Foundation SEAS and CEAS are not the same organization.


2017 June – Bujic gives alleged support to the opening of the Ministry of European Integration and states that it is necessary to open the Ministry of NATO Integration, with the remark that the Russian-Serbian Humanitarian Center, based in Nis, should be closed down.

2017 July – During this period, Bujić, unfortunately, managed to participate in the “Open Source Summit” of the Digital Forensic Research Laboratory (DFRLab) founded by the US Atlantic Council in Warsaw on the topic of preventing the propaganda activities of Islamic terrorists and the Kremlin. On FB he is intensely praising his participation in the mentioned gathering.


July 2017 – Bujic named Vuk Jeremić in this period as “Kremlin mercenary”. During this period, Jelena Milić also points out that Jermić and his interlocutors often relativize the influence of Russia at conferences.


2017 July – In the summer of 2017, CEAS noticed unusual activity of monitoring Jelena Milic, as well as the attempts of intimidation that have been reported to the police station Palilula (CEAS did not know the relationship between Bujić and Injac. This connection will only be discovered later in early 2018). One of the reasons for filing the complaint was that someone tried to forcibly enter the premises of the CEAS, after which members of the MUP Palilula came and made a record. It turns out that, at the time Vencislav Bujić and Miloš Injac (Chairman of the Board of Directors of the SEAS Foundation since August 2017) were in front of the office of CEAS. It is almost the only picture from that Bujic’s visit to Belgrade, which he shared on FB.

2017 July 28 – Bujić on FB quoted Patriarch Irinej, about the call for internal dialogue on Kosovo and Metohija, that “Statesmen should not give their consent to the alienation of Kosovo and Metohija”, and only two days earlier (July 26th) was published statement of CEAS “The dialogue on Kosovo has long been necessary for Serbia”. 2017 September 9th - During this period, Bujić continues phishing as NATO lobbyists and alleged anti-Russian activists. Bujic calls for an alleged protest against the intention of the Serbian government to grant diplomatic status to the Russian-Serbian humanitarian center. It turns out that he was, of course, completely alone at the “protest”. It is interesting that Milica Djurdjevic from Zavetnici publicly commented that ONLY Bujic was at the rally, which is true.

August 2017 – During this period, Miloš Injac was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of the SEAS Foundation.


October 2017 – During this period, is evident FB communication of Bujić with compromised Đorđe Višekruna and Miloš Injc.

October 2017 – In this period, begins Bujic’s enclosure from Nikola Sandulovic and the Republican Party.


2017 November – Bujić shares on FB, posts of Stefan Stamenkovski (Zavetnici) and expresses the alleged agreement regarding the influence of the Russian KGB in the formation of the state of Kosovo, and then statements regarding the attack on the website of Zavetnici. Bujić claims that “the state of Kosovo is a project of the Russian KGB”.

2017 November – Bujić’s statement regarding the video on Montenegrin TV Pink M, in which Bujic was allegedly identified with Eduard Shishmakov (Shishmakov - whom the media designate as one of the organizers of the failed coup in Montenegro and officer of the Russian intelligence service GRU, also worked as a military-naval Attaché in Poland 2014). Unfortunately, Bujić managed to deceive several Montenegrin media like Pink M. in his phising and phony operation.


2017 November – During this period, Bujic introduced amendments to the Statute of the SEAS Foundation in the APR. In fact, initially the primary area of achieving the objectives of the SEAS Foundation in the Statute is defined as: “Making better international understanding and dialogue with the countries of Europe and Asia, that is with the Euro-Asian Alliance, also with the alliance of Russia and Belarus ...” in November 2017, was changed to: “Promoting the value and potential of European and Euro-Atlantic integration of Serbia ...”.

2017 November – Bujić’s statement on the alleged attack on the SEAS Foundation’s website.


2017 December – Bujić published an article in which disqualify Jelena Milić and CEAS, mentioning the financing of the CEAS (in a similar way to previous anti-NGO campaigns). The same rhetoric and “logic”, that Milic so badly “lobbies for NATO that she must be the agent of the Kremlin”, is forcing a tabloid Serbian Telegraph (http://www.republika.rs/).


2018 January - During this period, Bujić announces his “analysis” of which organizations are supposedly pro-Russian, and which are not, by continuing his phishing operation. In the same article, Bujić states that the CEAS is allegedly a Euro-Atlantic orientation, and that he is allegedly responsible for the report of members of the Senate Committee on Foreign Policy of the United States “Putin’s asymmetric attack on democracy in Russia and Europe - implications for the National Security of the United States”. In addition, Bujic used the opportunity to attack the CEAS again, stating that the SEAS Foundation is not funded “on the side” or executes someone’s paid orders.


February 2018 – In early February, Bujić continues a negative and dangerous campaign against civil society organizations and publishes on the website of the SEAS Foundation article about Natasa Kandić (founder of the Humanitarian Law Center), nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize, stating that her nomination represents the destabilization of the Balkans, and that its “action” is part of a process that has “led the Balkans to instability and a dangerous situation”.

2018 February – During this period, correspondence and communication between Bujić and Đorđe Višekruna is visible, in which it is implied that Teša Tešanović, the editor of Balkan Info portal, “sold” himself to President Vučić, and apparently that is the reason why controversial interview with Višekruna was not broadcast. In the same conversation it is now claimed that Sandulovic is a “Vucic’s” man.


2018 February – On February 21, Nikola Sandulovic appeared on Radio Television of Serbia (RTS) public broadcaster, in the program “Word on Word” in which he publicly threatened and defamed Aleksandar Vucic, after which one of the candidates for the Belgrade elections (from the list a group of citizens “Marko Bastać - What Are You Doing”) left the show, stating that “he does not accept insults and the conditions set by RTS for representing the candidate”. After this performance, Sandulovic became the state enemy number one in all pro-government media and tabloids. The Serbian Progressive Party used this outcome of Sandulovic in the campaign for Belgrade elections as a means of attack, criticism and increasingly obvious attempts to take over RTS.

2018 February – Almost simultaneously with the publication of the report of members of the US Senate Foreign Policy Committee “Putin’s asymmetric attack on democracy in Russia and Europe - Implications for the National Security of the United States”, in which the CEAS report on Russian influence is six times quoted, starts new wave of attacks by Vencislav Bujić on CEAS, a new wave of threats and intimidation on social networks, as well as the DoS attack on the CEAS website. A attack coincides with another smearing move by the tabloid Serbian Telegraph (http://www.republika.rs/) against director Jelena Milić, this time under the pretext of her review on the opinion of the deceased popular actor about Srebrenica. All 27,000 attacks on the CEAS site were from one IP address 84.38.133.10 owned by the DataClub.eu provider, who otherwise received anonymous payments of bitcoins.

Only two examples of numerous direct threats, even death, directed primarily to director of CEAS Jelena Milic. CEAS has archived these threats and is available to all interested parties. Unfortunately, none of the competent state authorities did not contact CEAS and Jelena Milić on this occasion.

2018 February 23rd - Following a new wave of threats to which CEAS was exposed and new information related to the operation of Vencislav Bujić against CEAS, on February 23rd, we published a statement “Warning on the operation of Vencislav Bujić against CEAS”.

2018 February – During this period, CEAS learns about the connection between Bujić and Injac, as well as Injac and the initiative “Do not drown Belgrade”. Although at the same time the campaign is running for the Belgrade elections, CEAS Director Jelena Milic addresses, to one of the main activists of this initiative Dobrica Veselinovic, regarding the connection between Injac (who ranks 21st on the list “Do not drown Belgrade”). During the entire campaign, as well as after the election, the initiative “Do not drown Belgrade” has not distanced itself from Miloš Injac.

2018 – During this period, Bujic’s activities are noted primarily on the website of the SEAS Foundation, mainly through the sharing of the publication of the Atlantic Council of the United States and the Center for the Analysis of European Policies (CEPA) from the United States. With this kind of work, Bujić’s phishing operation continues with organizations with which, among other things, CEAS has cooperation with.

2018 March 1st – CEAS announces a second statement “ The Influence of pro-Putin structures on Belgrade’s elections that no one talks about - From Zavetnici, Sandulović, Počuča, Ristić, Sinđelić to “Do not down Belgrade “” in which the phishing operation is described chronologically and other illegitimate and possibly criminal acts, and the connection between the mentioned structures and individuals.

Only Tanjug news agency reported this announcement. None of the colleagues from civil society organizations has not publicly responded to the above. The same case is with the numerous research portals.

2018 March – After the release of CEAS’s announcements, Bujić, in a communication with Visekruna, which he continues to maintain, shared the CEAS statement with a commentary that Jelena Milic quotes “lies, fabrications and defamation”.
