Constructed a 12 Volts Power Supply which could be trimmed down to lower voltages such as 9V, 5V and 3V using a trimmer attached to the power supply at Centre for Electronic Design and Testing(CEDT),NSIT. Analysed the area and power delay performances of low voltage full adder cells in different CMOS logic styles for the predominating tree structured arithmetic circuits using PSPICE. Designed and fabricated Printed Circuit Board (PCB) schematics and gerber files using ‘ÉAGLE’ and a Laser printer with ferric chloride for etching.
