Press Release Vineyards Country Club introduces Concierge Services Division Naples, Fla. (February 25, 2020) – Vineyards Country Club, a 1,400-acre private, non-equity masterplanned golf and country club community founded in 1988, has announced the addition of a Concierge Services Division to serve the daily needs of its extensive membership base. The award- winning community is currently in the final stages of multimillion-dollar, multi-phase renovations to its clubhouse and surrounding areas, including extensive structural and aesthetic transformations and improvements, all undertaken without member assessments. “Our new Concierge Services Division is a valuable enhancement which demonstrates our commitment to providing our members with five-star experiences every day,” said Paul Malonson, Vineyards Country Club Chief Operating Officer. “We realize people have numerous club membership options in Naples and beyond, and we want to continue to grow and maintain our members’ loyalty by delivering timeless and timely forms of meaningful, personalized service.” According to Malonson, Vineyards Country Club officials undertook extensive research within the country club sector to determine how to deliver on the needs and wishes of current and prospective members. In conjunction with efforts to update and modernize the club, officials created the Concierge Services Division to help make members’ lives more convenient and productive. The concierge team, under the direction of Controller Krista Collette, is located in the lobby area of Vineyards Country Club, to the right of the double-door entry. The concierge alcove offers a warm sense of arrival, and a 65-inch monitor behind the concierge desk provides an extra reminder of the club’s upcoming events in the form of a slide show. The team is dedicated to providing an elite level of service to all members, guests and internal customers; maintaining the value of membership by ensuring all guests and members who check in are in good standing; acting as representatives of Vineyards Country Club, and serving as a source of knowledge and guidance about all club facilities, events, and amenities. “Vineyards Country Club offers a family-oriented, inclusive, social atmosphere with something for members and guests of all ages and backgrounds to enjoy,” said Collette. “In addition to our beautiful, newly-renovated clubhouse, we are pleased to provide gorgeous settings, both indoors and out, for a full range of celebrations and events.” On weekdays, the concierge team is led by Toni Aldridge, a Vineyards Country Club employee for nearly five years. She is a native of Detroit, Michigan who relocated to Naples from Baltimore, Maryland, where she served as Concierge at Caves Valley Golf Club. Renee Greenley serves as the weekend concierge. A native of Kalamazoo, Michigan, she is a graduate of Michigan Technological University (MTU) who worked as a systems analyst for MTU for more than 35 years. She relocated to Naples and joined Vineyards Country Club in 2019.

Membership at Vineyards Country Club is open to residents and non-residents of the community. Four membership types are available, each geared toward different lifestyles, needs and budgets: Full Members, Sports Members, Lifestyle Members, and Social Members. Vineyards Country Club also offers Young Professional Memberships in all membership categories. All memberships include access to the Wellness Center and Spa; racquet center; dining facilities (two main dining rooms, casual dining, lobby bar, terrace dining, poolside tiki bar and dining, Wellness Center café); social events, interclub events and full social calendar; bocce ball leagues and play; resort-style pool, wading pool and whirlpool; locker room facilities; and golf pro shop. Full Members are entitled to use the Golf, Racquet Center, Wellness Center and Spa, Dining and Aquatic Facilities of the Club, as well as participate in all social activities and events. Full Members have a seven-day sign-up privilege to reserve golf tee times and racquet courts. Full Members shall not pay green or court fees for use of the golf and racquet center but shall pay cart fees. Full Members will receive two complimentary lockers and storage for two bags. Full Members will receive discounted greens fees for immediate family members. Full Members may use the online tee sheet to make tee times. Sports Members are entitled to use the Golf, Racquet Center, Wellness Center and Spa, Dining and Aquatic Facilities of the Club, as well as participate in all social activities and Events. Sports Members have limited access to play golf upon payment of green fees and cart fees. Sports Members have a two-day sign-up privilege to reserve golf tee times. However, from January 1 to April 30, Sports Members may only play after 10:00am and may not play golf on days so designated by the Club. Sports Members may also play golf on an available basis on the day of play. From January 1 to April 30, Sports Members may only use the driving range, chipping and putting areas on days they are playing golf but can purchase a range pass for unlimited access. Sports Members have a seven-day sign-up privilege to reserve racquet courts and shall not pay court fees. Sports Members may participate in the Men's or Women's Golf Associations at the Association’s discretion. Lifestyle Members are entitled to use the Golf, Racquet Center, Wellness Center and Spa, Dining and Aquatic Facilities of the Club, as well as participate in all social activities and events. Lifestyle Members have limited access to play golf upon payment of green fees and cart fees. Lifestyle Members have a one-day sign-up privilege to reserve golf tee times. From November 1 to April 30, Lifestyle Members may only play once a month (no carry over) after 12:00 noon and may not play golf on days so designated by the Club. From January 1 to April 30, Lifestyle Members may only use the driving range, chipping and putting areas on days they are playing golf, but they can purchase a range pass for unlimited access. Lifestyle Members have a seven-day sign-up privilege to reserve racquet courts and shall not pay court fees. Lifestyle Members may not participate in the Men's or Women's Golf Associations. Lifestyle Members may not participate in Reciprocal Golf but can be a guest of a member. Social members are entitled to use the Racquet Center, Wellness Center and Spa, Dining and Aquatic Facilities of the Club, as well as participate in all social activities and events. Social Members have limited access to the racquet center upon payment of court fees and have a three-day sign-up privilege to reserve racquet courts. From November 1 to April 30, Social Members may only use the racquet center after 12pm (Sunday open play at the discretion of the Pro). Social Members may not participate in Team Racquets, Round Robins or AM Special Events. Social Members shall not be permitted to use any of the golf facilities.

The Young Professional Membership is for individuals 49 years old and under. Young Professional Memberships are available in all four membership types and are entitled to the same privileges as the other membership categories. Young Professional Members receive a discount on all Initiation Fees and receive a 30% discount on annual dues. Young Professional Members will start paying full dues the calendar year after their 49th birthday.
