An alumnus of XISS 1995 batch , he brings in over 15 years ofexperience in HR and Recruitment function with global organizations likeWipro Technologies, HCL Perot Systems & Aditya Birla Group.

Prior to Vati, he managed very large and niche recruitment needs for hisemployers, designed recruitment solutions and led multi-location teamsto hire across India and the world over. In his current role as CEO, hedesigns and executes value-added HR solutions for leading corporatewith his team of high-calibre professionals.

Amitabh has been guiding students, job seekers and professionals toachieve their personal career goals right through his career. He is widelycovered for his thoughts on latest happening in Human Resources &Career space.
